Tsumuri: A new season of the DGP has begun!
In a surprising turn of events, only five participants made it past the first round.
The Kamen Riders continue to place their lives on the line, fighting to protect the world from the Jyamato threat.
Will Geats finally meet his match and suffer his first ever defeat...!?

"Escape the Labyrinth" — that's the name of the game for the DGP's second round. The Riders find themselves trapped in a pocket dimension with several civilians, whom they must pair up with and protect while searching for a way out. They soon come across a door which appears to be the exit, but it can only be opened by deciphering and entering a code.

At that moment, they come under attack by the Jyamato, prompting them to transform in order to protect themselves and the civilians. However, to their surprise they find that the Jyamato have evolved even further, gaining a new trick up their sleeve...!

Tropes

  • Cold Turkeys Are Everywhere: Even with his memory of the DGP removed, Keiwa still sees tanukis wherever he goes, such as on his lottery card or on a game a kid is playing on his phone.
  • Contrived Coincidence: The reason Keiwa gets caught up in the Labyrinth round is because the bus he was on got transported to the Jyamato pocket dimension where it's held.
  • Curb-Stomp Cushion: Ittetsu gets handily defeated by the Jyamato despite his best efforts, though he's only wounded and manages to survive for at least one more episode.
  • Didn't See That Coming: The Game Master is shaken when he realizes he didn't request the Jyamato Riders to appear, forcing him to call a mysterious gardener for answers.
  • Everyone Has Standards: As much as Tsumuri hates being Ace's sister due to the latter's wish, she is uncomfortable of the idea of trying to sabotage and purposely eliminate him like how Girori and Win want to. However, it's not out of a moral conflict, its more that the DGP has to be neutral to all Kamen Riders no matter their personal dislikes.
  • Godzilla Threshold: The unforeseen debut of the Jyamato Riders forces the Game Master to deploy the Feverslot Buckles in order to even the odds.
  • Irony: Win/PunkJack was introduced in the "Encounter" game because they needed to pair up an odd man out. This time, he's the odd one out after the other Riders managed to find a civilian to assist, forcing Tsumuri to pair up with him.
  • Match Cut: Done with Ace lifting a glass of water then switching to Win putting down a glass of soda right afterwards.
  • Oh, Crap!: Quite literally everyone's reaction upon seeing the Jyamato Riders.
  • Painting the Medium: The kanji for "older sister" and "father" appear beside Tsumuri and Girori respectively, which get knocked off and shatter when Girori walks past them.
  • Punch Parry: Geats and a Jyamato Rider do this, which results in a Kung-Fu Sonic Boom Shockwave that flings most of the Pawn Jyamato caught up in it off their feet.
  • The Reveal:
    • Ace's wish for the "Scheme" DGP is revealed:
"A world where I am a DGP staff member."
    • When Neon confronts and asks Ace why he didn't just simply write his wish to reunite with his mother, he reveals he did try that, but the Desire Card rejected that wish; he assumes it would have been detrimental to the DGP if he won with it.
    • We see that the Jyamato are actually grown in a garden, which also contains the whereabouts of the cracked ID Cores and the Drivers associated with them. It's also hinted that there's more to the connection between the DGP and Jyamato beyond just enemies.
    • As was hinted at in the previous episode, those naturally eliminated from the DGP do not leave fully unscathed. As part of their Laser-Guided Amnesia, the motivation for their Desire is removed, leaving them an Empty Shell of who they once were.
  • Wham Shot:
    • Girori makes a call to someone... with the next scene being another phone just like the one at the lounge ringing in the greenhouse where Jyamato are grown.
    • The Jyamato have Drivers of their own and transform into Jyamato Riders, further complicating the situation.
  • What You Are in the Dark: Ittetsu shows why he deserves the title of Kamen Rider in this episode. When confronted with a group of Jyamato, knowing full well he's not a good fighter at all, he decides to fight them head on to protect the civilians under his care.
