"Let's Play Barbichette" contains the following tropes:
- Ass Shove: Stumpy shoves a pencil up his ass offscreen in an attempt to make Quack Quack laugh.
- Be the Ball: To punish Quack Quack, Bad Kaeloo squashes him into a ball and plays tennis with him, using Mr. Cat as the racket.
- Flirtatious Smack on the Ass: Mr. Cat does this to Kaeloo. She gets quite angry about it.
- Fourth-Wall Mail Slot: Parodied. Mr. Cat says that nobody has ever seen Quack Quack laugh, but nobody is sure if he's right or if they actually have seen him laugh. They tell the audience that true fans should know the answer and that the fans should mail them a letter containing the correct answer.
- Out-of-Character Moment: It turns out that Quack Quack was cheating.
- Take That!: In an attempt to make Mr. Cat laugh, Kaeloo stands on a podium pretending to be a politician, makes a lot of promises and says she will keep all of those promises. Mr. Cat bursts out laughing.
