Kringles are a series of special short holiday messages (set during Christmas) released as parodies of typical animated greeting cards. There are currently ten Kringles.
"Kringles" contain examples of:
- Accidental Murder: Almost every death.
- Art Evolution: "Strain Kringle" and "Chill Kringle" are both drawn in the post-TV art style. Toothy is also drawn in that style in "Star Kringle", albeit accidentally.
- Christmas Carolers: Happens in the episode "Kringle Karols".
- Christmas Episode: Every short takes either takes place during Christmas or winter.
- Disproportionate Retribution: Lumpy throws a rock the size of his hand at Cuddles and Toothy which kills both of them only because they threw a snowball at him.
- "Everybody Dies" Ending: No one survives in the end of "Kringle Feast".
- Eye Scream:
- Cuddles has a telescope forcibly shoved into his eye in "Strain Kringle".
- A Christmas light pierces Giggles' eye in "Sight Kringle".
- Mime unknowingly puts out both of Petunia's eyes with a tree branch while making a snowman with the snowball she's inside in "Chill Kringle".
- High-Voltage Death: Happens to Cub once his saliva drips out of his mouth and onto the toy train's track in "Kringle Presents".
- Human Popsicle: Happens to Petunia once she's stuffed inside a snowman in "Chill Kringle".
- Noodle Incident: In "Kringle Karols", after an unseen person slams the door on Giggles, Cuddles, Toothy, and Lumpy while they're caroling, a large splat can be heard outside. Once the door opens, it's shown that Toothy is trying to give CPR to Cuddles after he's somehow had a giant icicle impale him in the face, Giggles somehow having caught on fire, and Lumpy running away in total fear.
- Record Needle Scratch: Happens in "Reindeer Kringle" once Petunia starts being kicked to death by the Reindeer.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Lumpy does this in the end of "Kringle Karols".
- Snowball Fight: In the episode "Strain Kringle", Toothy and Cuddles start one with Lumpy.
- Stalactite Spite: Cuddles dies this way at the end of "Kringle Karols", with Toothy trying to resuscitate him by compressing his chest.
- Teeth Flying: Petunia loses several of her teeth after being continuously hit in "Reindeer Kringle".
- They Killed Kenny Again: Petunia (in "Reindeer Kringle", "Kringle Feast", and "Chill Kringle"), Giggles (in "Kringle Feast" and "Tree Kringle"), Cub (in "Kringle Feast" and "Kringle Presents"), Toothy (in "Kringle Feast", "Strain Kringle", "Ski Kringle", and "Star Kringle"), Lifty (in "Kringle Feast"), Shifty (in "Kringle Feast"), Lumpy (in "Kringle Feast"), Cuddles (in "Kringle Feast", "Kringle Karols", and "Strain Kringle"), and Sniffles (in "Ski Kringle") die in the shorts.
- Throw the Dog a Bone: Characters who survive in the kringles are Lumpy ("Ski Kringle", "Strain Kringle", "Kringle Karols", and "Kringle Tree"), Cuddles ("Star Kringle"), Giggles ("Kringle Karols", "Sight Kringle", and "Star Kringle"), Toothy ("Kringle Karols"), Mime ("Chill Kringle"), and Cro-Marmot ("Chill Kringle").
- X-Ray Sparks: Happens to Cub during his High-Voltage Death in "Kringle Presents".
