After being sent to investigate a local arcade to prevent glitches ahead of time, Five and Miko activate the Ralphie Bear show. When one of the robots glitches out, the team has to find a way to shut it down.
- Broken Record: "I'm gonna smash your Hector."
- Foreshadowing: While Five is showing Miko the picture of the incident of a decapitated Ralphie Bear, a Freeze-Frame Bonus briefly shows a young girl with blue and purple hair being talked to by several guards. Turns out that that girl was Miko after she kicked off Ralphie Bear's head after being startled during another kid's birthday.
- Easter Egg: The letters in Cakey Von Smasher's vision can be decoded. Among the resulting messages there's "CAKE IS A LIE" and "HINOBI TECHNOLOGY ADVANCES THE WORLDS TECHNOLOGY".
- Hello, [Insert Name Here]: Cakey von Smasher's dialog inserts the birthday child's name instead of "cake" when it glitches.
- Jump Scare: Five and Miko both get this from Cakey on security cameras before she ends up breaking through a nearby wall. Miko herself even uses the term to describe what Ralphie Bear did in the past during a brief argument with Five.
- Off with His Head!: Miko ends up during this to Ralphie Bear when she sees the animatronic, as well as to another one in a storage room. And it turns out years ago, she did it during a visit there.
- Parody Episode: To Five Nights at Freddy's, with the setup of a years ago incident involving animatronics at a kids pizza place. And while on the run from Cakey von Smasher, Five even gets a FNAF style jumpscare when he hacks into the CCTV to find her.
- Robo Cam: Cakey von Smasher has one. It even labels the birthday child (in this case Five as "Hector") and "Target: Cake".
- Suck E. Cheese's: Joystick Junior's formerly had a creepy animatronic stage show starring the eponymous Ralphie Bear, which traumatized Miko as a child. At the end, it's revealed that she was far from the only one, which is why the owner was actually updating to a less creepy model. Which was even worse.

- Who Names Their Kid "Dude"?: Discussed as Five programs in his real name, Hector. Miko is completely surprised by this, though he asks her if she really thought his parents named him Five.
