"Shape Up" is an episode in the fourth season of Full House.
In anticipation to Kimmy's upcoming pool party, D.J. decides to go on a diet to look good for it, but her dietary choice puts her in danger of malnutrition, and Stephanie is caught in a dilemma when she witnesses D.J. in the midst of starving herself to slim down and is pressured into swearing to secrecy.
