Recap / Fillmore This Saviour A Snitch

Go To

  • Batman Gambit: Jamie Townsend predicted that Fillmore would eat the heavy cream macaroni and that it would fill him enough to make him say in public that he hates macaroni in order to frame him for the destruction of the Principal Folsom pasta sculpture, which pushed him past Folsom's "three strikes, you're expelled" policy.
  • Clear My Name: Fillmore has to find a witness that proves he didn't destroy the macaroni statue of the principal.
  • Cool and Unusual Punishment: While Augie isn't expelled, his punishment is to rebuild the macaroni statue piece by piece.
  • He Knows Too Much:
    • Fillmore was getting too close to stopping the lunch bag thefts. This is why Jamie set him up to be expelled under Folsom's "three strikes" policy.
    • Augie Samsome witnessed Scooter McAllister getting chased backstage by Fillmore, which is a detriment to Jamie Townsend's plan to get him expelled under Folsom's new "three strikes, you're expelled" policy. Scooter McAllister and the thugs from the lunch bag thieves try to coerce him into silence when they realize he's a witness, one way or the other.
  • In Medias Res: The episode starts with Fillmore, Ingrid and Augie riding through the Battle of Yorktown reenactment with Fillmore explaining How We Got Here.
  • The Man Behind the Man: Jaime Townsend was the real mastermind behind the lunch money thefts, using Scooter McAllister as the face for the gang of thugs.
  • Plot Allergy: Fillmore and Augie are both allergic to custard. Unfortunately they have to cross through a reenactment of the Battle of Yorktown where the actors are using custard for ammo.
  • Wounded Gazelle Gambit: Jamie Townsend pretends to be cornered by Scooter McAllister, then later pretends to have been intimidated into silence.
