Tropes:

  • Achilles in His Tent: When Mecha Eli-Chan's first defense, a trio of Servants including Carmilla, Cleopatra and Wu Zetian (nicknamed 'Nite Brite' to avoid spoilers for the Agartha arc) is disbanded for failing to stop the protagonist, Carmilla and Wu Zetian join with the protagonist, while Cleopatra goes off to sulk in her pyramid until the protagonist comes to ask for help.
  • A-Cup Angst: Despite being a robot, Mecha Eli-chan dislikes the word flat and even punishes a knight (who actually tried to compliment her castle's defenses against intruders) for saying it.
  • Bad Liar: The protagonist easily realizes that Osakabe-hime knows more than she's letting on when they meet because of how obvious she is.
  • Call-Back: The epilogue reveals Moriarty leaked the knowledge he gained from modifying Babbage as shown in the "Dead Heat Summer Race" event.
  • Debut Queue: Osakabe-hime is added to the gacha.
  • Does Not Like Men: Penthesilea attacks Yan Qing simply because he's a man when she interacts with the protagonist's group.
  • The Dreaded: Chaldea, as always, is horrified of Halloween due to Elizabeth's concerts, the protagonist even used a ninja trick they learned from Kotaru to escape.
  • Go-Karting with Bowser: Elizabeth continues to play video games with Osakabehime despite being the latter's prisoner.
  • Gratuitous Japanese: In the NA version, Osakabe-hime uses Japanese from time to time like using daijoubu when saying she wants to stick with the protagonist to reference how she otherwise uses Gratuitous English in the Japanese version.
  • In-Universe Nickname: Wu Zetian is referred to as 'Nite-Brite' and Yan Qing is referred to as "Sassy Shin" throughout this event to prevent spoilers for Agartha and Shinjuku, respectively.
  • Loophole Abuse: Moriarty tries to invoke the Three Laws of Robotics to keep Mecha Eli-Chan from apprehending him, but she points out that Moriarty is a Heroic Spirit, not a Human, and thus she would have no obligation to protect him.
  • The Man Behind the Man: Turns out Moriarty is behind this, giving Osakabe-hime instructions to make Mecha Eli-chan and later Mecha Eli-chan II.
  • Ninja Log: Apparently the protagonist dreads Elizabeth's concerts so much that they learned how to use a CE as a decoy to escape from Kotaru.
  • Reasonable Authority Figure: Downplayed for both Elizabeth and Mecha Eli-Chan. Elizabeth is trying to be more responsible after learning from last year but she's not fully there yet which Mecha Eli-chan points out. Mecha Eli-chan is more serious such as understanding when her human knights can't match servants but she's very harsh when it comes to anything related to Elizabeth and is very utilitarian in her ruling style.
  • Smarter Than You Look: Yan Qing is shocked that Elizabeth knows the original meaning of the word robot, forced labor, compared to the more modern and popular definition.
  • Squee: The protagonist reacts with joy at see a real mecha when Mecha Eli-chan appears before them.
  • Token Good Teammate: Of the trio of Empresses working for Mecha Eli-chan, Carmilla, Wu Zetian and Cleopatra, Cleoptra is the only one whose alignment isn't evil and it's lampshaded when she states she's the only one of the three that doesn't enjoy torture.
  • Unreliable Narrator: When Elizabeth and Osakabe-hime attempt to explain their troubles both of their stories have obvious bias behind it.
    • Osakabe-hime attempts to paint her life as tragic due to being forced to be alone but it's obvious that she enjoys the isolation even decorating her room with servant's goods and then Mecha-Elly is a monster that just showed up and wanted to eat Osakabe-hime's intestines after her castle landed on castle Csejte with Cleopatra's pyramid still there.
    • Elizabeth continues the story that has everyone praise her for being hyper intelligent, cute and well loved and Mecha-Elly just appeared to kill Eliz out of jealousy.
  • Upgrade vs. Prototype Fight: The finale has Mech Eli-chan Mk. I first fighting against a bunch of mass-produced Mecha Eli-chan Mk. II robots with the heroes before fighting the actual Mk. II mecha-to-mecha.
  • Withholding Their Name: As before, Yan Qing, Wu Zetian, and Penthesilea's names are withheld due to spoilers in their Epic of Remnant chapters, though this time with quite a bit of lampshading about it. Yan Qing seems to accept the moniker of "Sassy-shin" as given by the protagonist, while Wu goes by "Nite-Brite" and Penthesilea as "Amazoness CEO".
