Ash Face: K. Rool goes to turn on the Mystic Oracle lava lamp after doing an elaborate dance to try and "summon" the Oracle. Only to get electrocuted because of how sweaty he is as he turns it on, leaving him blackened.
Dark Reprise: When Funky is brought to K. Rool's lair to recite the Mystic Oracle chant and reveal his future, Funky recites the chant un-enthusiastically, in contrast to how he recited it normally earlier in the episode.
Dumbass Has a Point: After repeated attempts to get the Mystic Oracle to work, Krusha points out it hasn't been turned on yet.
Exact Words: Funky says that the Mystic Oracle predicts that in K. Rool's future, he'll "get what he deserves". K. Rool assumes this means he'll finally get to be ruler of Kongo Bongo, but it turns out it's predicting he'll get his comeuppance yet again.
Harmless Electrocution: K. Rool gets zapped by the Mystic Oracle when he tries to turn it on with sweaty palms. Despite getting an Ash Face he is for the most part fine.
Human Snowball: K. Rool and his cronies end the episode rolling down the White Mountain in a snowball.
Macguffin: The Mystic Oracle, a magic lava lamp Funky owns that can supposedly predict the future, serves as the item of power in the episode.
No Macguffin No Winner: After asking Funky for permission, DK decides to get rid of the Mystic Oracle by throwing it off the White Mountain.
