When a mysterious blue rash shows up on Chilly and then starts infecting the rest of the toys, it's up to Doc to figure out what it is and where it came from.

- The Cloudcuckoolander Was Right: When he gets mysterious blue spots on his back, Chilly starts panicking and asks Doc if it’s okay, thinking that, like with most of his ailments, she’ll tell him he’s freaking out over nothing. However, she actually agrees with him this time that the spots aren’t normal.Stuffy: W-wait, you mean there’s actually something wrong with Chilly this time?
- Disease-Prevention Aesop: Doc teaches Glo-Bo the importance of washing your hands in order to prevent spreading germs (and blue paint).
- "Eureka!" Moment: Doc has one when she realizes that Glo-Bo is the one spreading the Mystery Pox.
- Eye Am Watching You: Hallie does this to Lambie when she tells her she’ll be making sure she’s adhering to the cuddle ban…kind of. She has a stuffed paw instead of fingers, so it doesn’t have quite the same effect.
- Faint in Shock: As the Mystery Pox begins spreading to all the toys, Chilly gets overwhelmed and faints.
- I Can't Feel My Legs!: During his check-up, Chilly worriedly tells Doc that he can’t feel the top of his head. Lambie then reminds him that’s because he’s wearing a hat.
- I've Heard of That — What Is It?: When Doc says the Mystery Pox could be spread by germs, Stuffy gets scared and hides before asking what germs actually are.Stuffy: I don’t want germs! …Uh, what are germs again?
- Infection Scene: The scene in which Glo-Bo greets all his friends ends up being this after it’s revealed that he had spread mysterious blue spots to all of them.
- Loud Gulp: Chilly audibly gulps when Doc tells him he’ll need to have a check-up.
- My God, What Have I Done?: Glo-Bo’s reaction to learning that he accidentally spread Mystery Pox to all his friends.
- No Sense of Personal Space: Glo-Bo is very touchy-feely and hugs or high-fives every toy he comes across; that’s how he ended up transferring the blue paint from his hands onto all of them.
