Lizzie Devine takes over the KND, and puts herself in Numbuh 1's place.

Date of Mission: June 18, 2004

Now Loading Tropes:

  • All Men Are Perverts: Numbuh 65.3 forgoes standard protocol the moment that Lizzie starts flirting with him.
  • Big Bad: Chad's first outing as an official villain, after his Face–Heel Turn in "Operation: E.N.D."
  • Big Bad Wannabe: Despite his stellar record as a Kids Next Door operative, Chad is a terrible villain.
  • Big "SHUT UP!": Lizzie's go-to response whenever her orders are questioned.
  • Food as Bribe: Lizzie gets the rest of Sector V to go with her leadership by offering to buy them ice cream.
  • Foreshadowing: Numbuh 1 is openly hostile towards Chad in a way the other operatives aren't. It takes a long time to truly play out, but Chad's betrayal hits Nigel so hard because he was mentored by him, and this frustration will eventually boil over.
  • Here We Go Again!: Numbuh 1 tells Lizzie to promise him not to try the wannabe leader stunt again following the incident with the football players, but Lizzie breaks it.
  • Irony: For once, Numbuh 1 has no conspiracy theories regarding the football team's practices, thanks to his date with Lizzie (he promised to take her to the big junior high football game). He even suggests this to Numbuh 65.3 when Moon Base was about to assign a mission to him and his team to investigate them. As it turns out, the football team was up to something, which he only found out after doing the mission anyway to find Lizzie.
  • Leader Wannabe: Lizzie.
  • Oh, Crap!: Both Chad and Numbuh 1 when they realize Numbuh 4 is about throw the footbomb on the stadium football field — the flying stadium football field.
  • Villain Decay: Making a Face–Heel Turn has degraded Chad's competency immensely, so much so that Numbuh 1 taunts him about it.
