  • Does This Remind You of Anything?: From drinking age, bootlegging and speakeasies to Fizz needing a drink to settle his nerves, the premise has soda appear to be the kid-friendly version of alcohol.
  • Foreshadowing: After Numbuh 2 gets on his nerves, Mr. Fizz says how he wishes you could bottle children up until they reach adulthood. Later in the episode, it turns out he's doing just that.
  • Mouth Screen: Done with Mr. Fizz when he says "Root beer" after arriving at the bar.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: During the climatic fight, all of Numbuh 2's attempts to help his teammates backfire and result in them getting trapped in bottles.
Numbuh 2: Man, I cannot get a break today!
  • One-Winged Angel: When the KND's ranting gets on his last nerve, Mr. Fizz summons a soda barrel based Power Armor to combat Sector V.
  • People Jars: Mr. Fizz plans to put every child that violates the soda drinking age in soda bottles.
  • Ship Tease: Once Numbuh 2 has defeated Fizz, who is he forcing him to look for? Numbuh 5. Note that his other teammates haven't been freed yet.
  • Skeleton Key Card: Numbuh 5 enables Sector V to escape lock up this way, by using Numbuh 2's new card, much to his chagrin.
Numbuh 2: She bent a corner of the card!
  • Soda Can Shake Up: Numbuh 2 defeats Fizz this way, using the conveyor belt to shake up his soda-fueled Power Armor, resulting in the soda inside to over-carbonate to the point that his suit explodes.
  • Suddenly Voiced: After spending the entirety of "Operation Z.O.O." making nothing but angry grunts and displaying the intellect of an ape, the Schoolyard Bully, Matt, is shown acting as the perfectly coherent bouncer for the soda club.
  • You're Insane!: Numbuh 5's opinion on Mr. Fizz's plan to bottle children that violate the drinking age.
