Violet's ironic drawing of a pig at grill is chosen through a contest as the logo of this year's barbecue festival. Violet wanted to denounce eating meat, not promote it.
Jenny enters Wayne into the barbecue festival without telling him. Wayne's uneasy because he's anxious for the approval of celebrity chef Chip Scoville (David Herman).
And Betty looks to reconnect with Rick Ocean (Stephen Root), a singer with whom she had had a sexual relationship when she was younger.
