- Mythology Gag: The pair ogle at the women making lemonade in the food court, which Cotton Hill mentioned doing in the King of the Hill episode, "Nine Pretty Darn Angry Men."
- Sadistic Choice: At the end of the episode, Beavis and Butt-Head have to choose between massaging Billy Bob, an obese, smelly man, or getting arrested for hijacking the massage business. They choose the former.Beavis: Well, he does have boobs.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: The girl leaves when Billy Bob shows up.
