Loser betrayed us!
The seventh episode of Battle for BFDI and the 38th episode of the overall series. Loser is eliminated, and the featured challenge is for each team to keep the titular "Liar Ball" (a giant jawbreaker with Loser trapped inside) from falling into their crater. A Better Name Than That loses.
Tropes include:
- Any Last Words?: Donut says this to Loser just before Loser gets eliminated. Before Loser can say a word, the screen cuts to black.
- Everyone Has Standards: Despite her showing disdain towards Taco like the majority of her team, Saw does show genuine concern when she gets killed.
- Fate Worse than Death: Loser ends up floating in space inside a giant jawbreaker.
- Half the Man He Used to Be: Foldy is notable for being Woody's first kill, having torn her in half during the fight for the Liar Ball.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Robot Flower turns out to be this when she sacrifices her team's chance of winning in order to save them (and Bleh) from Remote's bomb.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Book uses the spaceship's communicator dish as a dipping plate for her chips, which makes it a lot harder for ABNTT to connect with Remote.
- Oh, Crap!: Donut traps Loser in the Liar Ball as a method of elimination... shame he left his diary in there too.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: When the teams on the moon are in turmoil, Blocky orders Golf Ball to watch the communicator dish. Golf Ball, being the informal leader of the team, protests, but eventually gives in.
- What the Hell, Hero?: When Loser lies that he used to play with poppers:Fanny: Loser, these toys were just invented. You said you USED to play with them, an hour ago they didn't exist. They weren't invented yet! You couldn't have been playing with them if they didn't exist! THAT IS A LIE! You lied to us Loser! Why did you do that?! Why did you intentionally tell us something that was made up?! Why did you lie to us, LOSER?!!
