Francine gets jealous of Jenna winning the Athlete of the Year award, and Michelle Kwan, who guest stars As Herself, teaches her how to be a good sport.

• Department of Redundancy Department: Mr. Haney helpfully explains that the Athlete of the Year award will be awarded to an athlete.
• Failures on Ice: Francine thinks figure skating is easy until Michelle Kwan pulls her into a TV and onto an ice rink, where she admits that skating is hard.
• Green-Eyed Monster: The main conflict is that Francine is jealous that Jenna got the award.
• My God, What Have I Done?: Francine tries to apologize when Jenna cries over all the passive-aggressive attention she's been giving her.
