GOB tries reconnecting with his son Steve Holt and then changes his mind after making friends with a young and famous crowd.

- A Day in the Limelight: The episode focuses on the three male Ditz of the family: G.O.B., Tobias, and Buster.
- Captain Ersatz: Defied, when Tobias invokes this trope but the cops and Marvel see through it.
- Comically Missing the Point: G.O.B. misunderstands the bartender’s correction of his erroneous pronunciation of Job for saying his name.
- Disney Owns This Trope: A literal case in which their subsidiary Marvel prohibits Tobias and DeBrie from acting as the Fantastic Four on the street.
- If You're So Evil, Eat This Kitten!: A variation of this when Army tricks Buster in to picking up a cat to see if he crushes it or not.
- Mundane Solution: Played for laughs. After promising to help the teen star and his entourage escape the paparazzi right after performing a series of magic tricks, they and the audience expect G.O.B. to pull a vanishing act. He just throws lighter fluid in the paparazzi’s eyes.
- One Dialogue, Two Conversations: Tobias continues to misunderstand, well everything, and only sees things as referring to acting.
- Photo Op with the Dog: Lucille 2’s congressional opponent and his wife adopt the “homeless veteran” Buster.
