George and Oscar hear an ominous warning from a mysterious man dressed like an ostrich: "The strong will become the weak, the weak will become the strong". A year later, Oscar gains a confidence that trumps his brothers', and George suddenly becomes meek and feminine. The mysterious man is none other than Lindsay's new beau Marky Bark, living across the hill with his mother and Lindsay. Lindsay and Marky move to Lucille's vacant penthouse.
Days before Herbert Love, a conservative cadidate for congress, organizes a fundraiser, Barry Zuckerkorn visits the now-weak George and advises him to get in touch with Love so that he pushes for the wall between the US and Mexico, and inadvertently spills the beans in front of Oscar. Meanwhile, Marky is gearing up to glitter bomb Love, and Lindsay gets back in touch with Love's opponent: Lucille 2.
In the meantime, Buster finds a new family when he rejoins the army, and a ridiculous accident nets him a (very big) bionic hand.
