Frylock gets involved with a sentient exercising machine while Shake gets fat.
- Bland-Name Product: The A-plot is about Frylock getting a Peloton parody called a Situpon, which comes with a holographic trainer.
- Bolivian Army Ending: The episode ends with the Aqua Teens facing planetary destruction from the comet the Situpon was warning Frylock about. Frylock and Meatwad can only look on in horror as Shake covers himself in syrup.
- Continuity Nod: Frylock's shrink ray is brought up again.
- The Fat Episode: The b-plot focuses on Master Shake's weight gain.
- Follow the Leader: In-universe Carl and Shake both get their knockoff version of the Situpon after Frylock gets his and they can't afford their own.
- I Warned You: After tricking Frylock into thinking there would be a planetary earthquake and pouring syrup on himself, which only Situpon members will survive, the Situpon then stops joking and tells him there will be a comet headed toward earth. Frylock understandably doesn't want to deal with him anymore, but unfortunately, he was telling the truth here, making it a point to rub it in Frylock's face as he ascends while Frylock and the others are doomed to get hit by the impact.
- No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: Carl performs one on Shake when he discovers that the latter was in on the Situpon's prank.
- They Killed Kenny Again: Another rare instance in which everyone likely dies.
