This MMBC provides examples of:
- All Gays are Promiscuous: This is one of the most NSFW MMBCs to date... and coincidentally one of the only ones with an entirely MLM premise. Angelo has sex with a contestant on two separate occasions, which coincidentally leads to their deaths right after, and the murderer gives replacement cohost Bug a blowjob at one point. While not exactly stellar representation, it can be partially put down to the influencing genre and its various tropes and foibles (see below).
- Character Overlap: One of the contestants is literally Kylo Ren.

- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: 'Rigel' Maurer. Due to getting a barrage of votes, Maurer reached a low enough relationship with Gabriel that 'he' was eliminated in the conventional way, which was portrayed as walking out of the project. To date, Maurer is the only MMBC-specific contestant who has ever been eliminated in this way. She would later go on to cohost Slaughter or Salvage.
- Slasher Movie: A noted influence on Angelo, right down to being set in a cabin in the woods and the use of a chainsaw.
