If The Olms don't kill them, their squabbling will.
Having enough of their constant fighting and arguing, Anne and Hop Pop make Sprig and Polly take an alternate route in hopes it will help them get along.

    Full Recap
TBA...

Tropes:

  • Call-Back: Polly recalls the time Sprig tried to jump of Deadman's Gorge, and use the same tactic on the first obstacle.
  • Chekhov's Gun: While Anne's phone proves useless to Sprig and Polly in terms of calling for help, Sprig does make use of the phone's flash to see his way through the tunnel.
  • Chekhov's Skill: Sprig and Polly's insanely good voice impressions help them defeat the olms.
  • Depth Deception: While exploring some tunnels, it seems like Polly and Sprig are moving away from the camera. Actually, the camera is following alongside them, and the tunnel is just getting smaller.
  • Didn't Think This Through: Anne hands Sprig her phone and tells him to "call me" if there's any trouble. She realizes just as Hop Pop pulls away that she doesn't have a second phone, not to mention Sprig has no idea what a "call" even is in this context. Hop Pop also doesn't get it.
  • A Head at Each End: The giant olms are a quarreling brother and sister pair that are on opposite ends of their body.
  • I Want Grandkids: A variant. Hop Pop already has grandkids, but he asks Anne about her having a boyfriend to break the silence. She pushes him of the wagon in retaliation.
  • Jerkass Realization: Both Sprig and Polly get this when they had to listen to the Olms' bickering.
  • No, You: Sprig and Polly bicker like this constantly during their journey through Quarreler's Pass. It's later done by the olms when Sprig and Polly are captured.
  • Schmuck Bait: Sprig and Polly find the path boarded off with a crude paint job making it look real, and a nearby cave that has "This weigh also gud" scrawled over the entrance. Both see nothing suspicious about this.
  • Shout-Out: The giant olms bear a strong, striking resemblance to the Giant Worm, one-off villains from Samurai Jack, right down to tricking travelers with a fake test of character in order to eat them and the same high-pitched, yet gravely voices.
  • Voice Changeling: Sprig and Polly are able to imitate each other's voices perfectly. They later imitate the olms in order to escape.
  • Wanting Is Better Than Having: Anne and Hop Pop no longer have to deal with Sprig and Polly bickering, but Hop Pop, at a loss as to what to talk about, ends up saying completely the wrong thing to Anne, resulting in them bickering.
