When Stan fails to romance Francine for Valentine's Day, a cybernetic Stan from the future comes back to challenge him for her heart. Meanwhile, Steve and his friends find a sex doll at Toshi's house and decide to do a shot-for-shot remake of the film Mannequin.

- Bait-and-Switch: When Steve and his friends find the sex doll, rather than using it for its intended purpose, they decide to do a remake of Mannequin.
- Comic Sutra: One of the coupons Stan made for Francine involved a sex act called "The Tennessee Logjammer." When he finds out she did it with Cyborg Stan, Stan asks about "the other two guys" and if they put the ladder back when they were finished.
- Death of a Child: Mrs. Gloop cries that Augustus suffocated to death in the chocolate pipes.
- Flipping the Bird: Cyborg Stan does this right before he sinks into the boiling chocolate.
- I Hate Past Me: Cyborg Stan actually convinces Francine to leave Present Stan by telling her "That man's just going to keep letting you down; I know, I was him!" When Present Stan fights back, Cyborg Stan has absolutely no problem beating him senseless.

- While Stan and Cyborg Stan fight at Hersheypark, a fat German boy named Augustus falls into the chocolate river and is later sucked up the pipes.
- Cyborg Stan's death is similar to that of the T-800's in Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
- Together in Death: At the end of the episode, it's shown that Stan and Francine died in 2067 and were buried together.
