Basic Trope: Someone puts out a fire by peeing on the flames.

  • Straight: Bob sees a fire and extinguishes it by undoing his fly and taking a whizz on the fire.
  • Exaggerated:
    • A whole conflagration is extinguished just from Bob urinating on one area where the fire has spread.
    • The fire is put out by numerous people deciding to pee on it.
  • Downplayed: Bob pees to put out a lit candle.
  • Justified: Bob needs something he can use to put out the fire, and it so happens that he has to pee, so he sees a chance to kill two birds with one stone.
    • Bob is a giant and his bladder holds enough liquid to be useful.
  • Inverted: Bob pees and his urine is then set on fire.
  • Subverted: Bob urinates on the fire and it doesn't put the flames out.
  • Double Subverted: Bob's friends lend a hand by also peeing on the fire, which successfully puts the fire out.
  • Parodied: A dog is hailed as a hero because it unintentionally put out a fire by peeing where the fire was.
  • Zig-Zagged: Bob tries to put out flames by peeing on them. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it requires more than one person peeing for the fire to be successfully extinguished.
  • Averted: Bob doesn't pee on the fire.
  • Enforced: "Bob has no water with him, and he's gotta put the flames out somehow. While it may be disgusting, pissing out the fire would be the most believable solution, as it would be pretty contrived for Bob to randomly find a fire extinguisher in the middle of nowhere."
  • Lampshaded: "Eww, did you have to pee on the fire to extinguish it?"
  • Invoked: Bob really has to pee and is having difficulty finding a restroom, but then notices that a fire has started and realizes a convenient location he can relieve himself.
  • Exploited: Bob makes money by hiring himself out to extinguish fires by peeing on the flames and instead stomps on it or smothers it with his coat.
  • Defied: Bob refuses to put out the fire by peeing on it due to finding that course of action disgusting.
  • Discussed: "I had to pee, and only disaster would come if I just ignored this fire. I'd say what I did was a no-brainer."
  • Conversed: "What kind of gross weirdo would think it would ever be acceptable to put out fires by peeing on them?"
  • Implied: Bob volunteers to put out a fire. While we don't see how he does it, we hear the sound of a zipper unzipping and water spraying as shots focus on bystanders being grossed out by what's going on. Once the fire's out, we cut to Bob turning around and zipping his pants up.
    • Robot pets have among their feature list "emergency fire extinguisher". They tend to change the subject when asked where their fire extinguisher is located.
  • Deconstructed:
    • Bob's urine isn't enough to extinguish the flames.
    • Bob is indicted for public indecency and/or vandalism.
    • Bob is humiliated when his unique fire-stopping method is revealed.
  • Reconstructed: Bob's urine has unusual properties that make it instantly extinguish the fire the moment he lets it rip.

This fire's getting out of hand. The only way is to use an All-Natural Fire Extinguisher and pee the flames out!
