"I hate you. I hate you. I'm going to kill you."

  • That Creepy Doll and what it's doing to Karen. Both Ruth and Karen can give immensely cold stares.
  • Just the Creepy Doll in general. During Barbara's first night, she had a nightmare of the doll staring at her in the dark with glowing eyes.
    • When the doll begins manipulating Fritz's mind, like when the doll is lying in a pool of blood when he opens a drawer, is able to bleed when Fritz bashes its head in, and is shown to have hung itself. Three bloody and disembodied doll heads then replace it.
    • As a result of his worsening hallucinations, Fritz falls down a flight of stairs. It's not said whether or not Ruth actually pushed him down though. He survives, but is gravely injured and hospitalized.
  • Speaking of hanging, the first sign that Ruth wants to exact her vengeance on Barbara is showing Karen's body hanging from a noose with blood coming from her mouth. Then Karen is suddenly seen sitting on the corner and clutching the doll in her arms. She makes this face and says...
    • The dodgy translation of the dialogue might come across as narm, but her expression as she says it is still horrifying.
  • Aling Benita's long and painful bloody death at the hands of Ruth. She only lashes at the old woman a few times compared to Barbara, but her wounds are deeper, and had the tendency to bleed more profusely. As she cries out Barbara's name, her throat is slit and falls down the side of the stairs' handrail.
  • Ruth's suicide is especially gruesome since she stabs herself with a huge mirror shard in the stomach, again and again and again! Blood even spurted all over her. Yet, she managed to survive that just long enough to curse her husband and anyone who wronged her.
  • Ruth's face on the broken mirror, giving her a distorted image as if half of her face had been melted.
