• For how terribly weak he is, Northern Italy is a genuinely good sort. The narrator lampshades this in the dub, saying that Italy “can’t hold a grudge to save his life.”
• According to the last manga volume, Macau is one:
  His nature is rather ungreedy; he appears calm and good at business, is tall, and tries to be philosophical (...) He often has a businesslike manner, but he jokes around with Portugal, China, and Hong Kong. He treats Taiwan like a Proper Lady.''
• Belgium seems to be one. She's very sweet and works hard, especially when her brothers are concerned, but doesn't really stand out much.
• Finland is this; he's sweet-tempered, friendly, and considerate. Though despite his appearance, you wouldn't want to take him too lightly...
• Canada is soft-spoken, polite, and gentle, unlike his much more boisterous brother America. Though he does have something of a passive-aggressive streak, as shown during his 3-hour long rant to America.
• Spain is a perpetually-smiling, easygoing and cheerful guy, who exhibits saintly patience with even the most patience-testing, including the extremely Tsundere Romano.
• Lithuania is kind, has a protective nature, and does his best to be helpful to others. Unfortunately for him, fate (and his best friend Poland) often throw him under the bus.
• Cyprus is extremely peaceful and easygoing, and is constantly trying to get Turkey and Greece to stop fighting and get along.
• Luxembourg is a gentle and friendly Princely Young Man with a fondness for his pet dog Pelutze. He's sweet-tempered with his older sister Belgium and very much admires his older brother Netherlands.
• Underneath his intimidating aura, Sweden is this: He's not only a Gentle Giant, but is very considerate, to the point that he personally resewed the clothing he gave to his friend Finland^note They didn't fit him due to the height difference between them and was willing to live in a corner of their home to give Finland more space.
