Just like the original show, its Spin-Off having Ho Yay moments was basically inevitable.

- The Mane 6 generally are closer than ever in this show, constantly hugging each other at every instance and flattering each other.
Season 1
- "Princess Probz":
- Rarity blows Pinkie a kiss during the Film Noir scene. Her kiss also has a tiny heart accompanying it.
- Pinkie squishes Twilight's cheeks and tells her what she loves about her, as shown in the current page image.
- In "How Applejack Got Her Hat Back", Rarity tells Applejack she's her muse.
- In "Pinkie Pie: Hyper-Helper", Rainbow Dash tells Pinkie Pie, "We could just... run away together..."
