Heartwarming / Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa

Go To

  • J.R. regaining his confidence after helping out a snake and a tortoise in "Wetward, Whoa".
  • In "Wedding Bull Blues", Cowlamity Kate is forced to get married in one day to keep her farm (and gold mine) when Bulloney declares her father dead. She doesn't even hesitate before going to find Dakota. Dakota himself is just as willing to marry her, even though neither of them are actually ready to marry just yet. Once everything's done and they don't have to get hitched immediately, they happily break it off, but both are rather clear that when they are finally ready to settle down, they'll happily marry each other.
    • When it seems that the C.O.W. Boys won't be able to get Dakota to the altar in time, Montana is ready to marry Kate in his place. She gently turns him down, but also assures him that she appreciates the offer.
  • When Moo leaves for his hometown in "Another Fine Mesa", it isn't long before he's missed, especially since Terrorbull (a.k.a the Masked Bull) has been on a robbing rampage since Moo left. Near the end, Dakota and Cowlorado travel to Miller Glen to tell Moo they need him in Cowtown (and reveal they didn't forget his tenth anniversary as marshal). As a bonus, Miss Lily was able to get Mayor Bulloney to write a letter to Moo, begging him to return, by threatening to run for mayor if he didn't get the marshal back.
    • When Moo arrives in Miller Glen, he is happily greeted by the folks in his hometown, especially his first girlfriend, Bessy, and Sheriff T-Bone, the bull who inspired Moo to become a marshal.
  • Cowlamity Kate accompanies Moo and his deputies to catch Billy the Kidder the very moment she hears he kidnapped Lily.
