• Xin Er falls asleep in Tuoba Jun's arms. Rather than disturb her, he spends the whole night beside her, even though it's uncomfortable for him.
• The friendship between Xin Er, Bai Zhi and Zi Yan... until Zi Yan's Face–Heel Turn.
• Min De breaks into the Taoist master's home to save Xin Er's life, even though he knows it might lead to his death.
• Min De gives Xin Er a statue of her that he carved himself. Her reaction, and his smile when she says she likes it, make the scene adorable.
• Tuoba Jun steals some of Xin Er's arrows and goes hunting with them so he can claim she killed the most prey, making it easier for her to win the hunt. He does this even though he's a competitor in the hunt himself.
