• Xin Er and Tuoba Jun's first meeting. While chasing lanterns, she falls through the roof of a shop and lands on Tuoba Jun's wrist. He immediately shoves her off and sends her flying back up through the roof, while not even looking up from his bowl of noodles. This happens several times!
• Xin Er's grandmother realises that she is slowing down their escape, so she tells Xin Er to go on without her. Then she calmly stands and waits for their pursuers to reach her, and gives her murderer a Death Glare as he charges toward her.
• Jun Tao fights off a group of guards to kill Min Feng. And then Min Feng, despite being unarmed and with his hands chained, manages to fight her off for a while before she finally kills him.
• Chang Le tortures Xin Er... so Bai Zhi bites her. And doesn't let go, even though Chang Le beats her with her fan.
• Jun Tao and Chiyun Nan have a duel on a boat in the middle of a river. It lasts several minutes, with neither of them getting killed, before the boat sinks.
