• In "Bought and Scold", after Princess runs Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup out of business, they have an emotional breakdown, and they try their best to comfort each other in a group hug while holding hands. Even Buttercup, who tries to hold back sobs, willingly gives her hand to Blossom to hold.
• Any scene when The Professor fulfills his fatherly role.
  • Comforting Blossom in "The Mane Event":

    Professor: What's the matter, honey? Why are you sitting here alone in the dark?

  • In "Knock It Off":
    • The Professor remembers Dick as a good friend from college but the only straw is when Dick rants about selling the girls and calls them "these things":
      Professor: Listen. I don't appreciate you referring to my girls in that manner.
      Dick: Come on!
      Professor: "Come on," nothing. You just keep clear of me and my kids, "pal." Consider our little visit over. (walks back in his house and slams the door)
    • The ending:
      Professor: Well, Ol' Dick may have gotten the formula right, but the one ingredient he forgot was love. Let's go home, girls.
    • and...
      Professor: It's gonna be okay girls-gah-Bubbles, Blossom, Buttercup! Girls! I-I... I love you.
      The Girls (very weakly): We... love... you... too...
  • The scene in "Uh Oh Dynamo" where the Professor explains to the girls exactly why he built D.Y.N.A.M.O.:
    Professor: Look, girls. Yesterday's horrible, horrible monster fight made me realize something. You girls are everything to me. *Tears form in his eyes* You are my life, and — and I'm responsible for your safety and protection.
  • His inspirational speech from "Meet The Beat-Alls":
    Professor: Ah, girls. Yesterday all our troubles seemed so far away. Now it seems they're here to stay. Sitting here eight days a week, everyone seems to think you're lazy. I don't mind, I think they're crazy. But you used to be running everywhere at such a speed. Now you think there's no need.
    Buttercup: There isn't!
    Bubbles: If we can't stop the Beat-Alls...
    Blossom: We're never saving the day again.
    Professor: Ohhh, you can't do that! What will Townsville do when they look for the girls with the sun in their eyes and they're gone?
  • The episode "Powerprof" has one that doubles as a CMoA where, after taking a brutal beating from Mojo, the Professor finds the strength to get up and hand Mojo his ass on a platter after the monkey made the mistake of threatening the girls.
  • And as he leaves, we find out the whole attack was a plan made up by the girls. That's where we see the true extent of the Professor's love for his children.
  • The episode "Boogie Frights" has the Professor tell Bubbles that everything is okay after Buttercup scares her sisters. His voice is just so tender and loving...*sniff*
• The relationship that the girls have with each other as sisters in itself is just heartwarming. In spite of all the times when they squabble and disagree with each other, it's clear that they love each other very much and will stay by each others' side no matter what the situation. In a time when media is saturated with antagonistic and sour sibling relationships, it's good to see a genuine loving bond between our three heroes.
• The ending to "Substitute Creature" when after the kids stop the girls from harming Mr.Green, he talks to the girls that judging a person by their looks is wrong. After the girls apologize, Mr. Green hugs them as a token of forgiveness and everyone smiles at the end. Even though the episode counts as Nightmare Fuel, it's really adorable seeing a monster like Mr. Green act so loving to everyone.
  • There's also the beginning of the episode, where the kids sing of their patriotic respect for Ms. Keane, all while the audience sees a parade float, a billboard, and flags of her all over the city.
• A little warped, but after the girls are defeated and seemingly killed by the Rowdyruff Boys the trio then goes over to Mojo's and dump Gatorade over him in celebration like football players would do to their coach and the four of them are all laughing happily with each other. It's strangely touching.
• In "Something's a Ms", one moment stands out. The Mayor has just received a ransom message for Ms. Bellum, after to his eyes she had flirted with him... then left and not come back to kiss him (it was really Sedusa in disguise). When the girls arrive after being called, he's sitting by a fire, the note in his hands, as he exposits about how the whole reason he's mayor in the first place, and achieved what he has... is because of Ms. Bellum. He confesses to the girls that he has no idea what to do without her, and freely admits later on that he would've paid 50 times the ransom to save her.
• "The Best Rainy Day Adventure Ever". The entire episode is pretty heart warming as the girls spend the entire episode 'playing' the Powerpuff Girls. They even sing their own theme song.
  • When they get in an argument about who has to play Bubbles, they get the professor in on it. Sure, he's hilariously grouchy about it, but he does play along just long enough for them to be satisfied so he can get back to work.
• In "Octi Evil", after spending the entire episode arguing, Blossom and Buttercup decide to make up and work as a team to save Bubbles from HIM, which in turn defeats him.
  HIM: WHAT!? Blossom and Buttercup! You're supposed to be fighting EACH OTHER!!!
  Blossom: Some things are just more important. Right, Bubbles?
  Bubbles: (giggles) Yeah!
• After Buttercup defeats the Gangreen Gang in "Buttercrush", she then apologizes to her car cube-encased sisters and gives them a heartfelt hug.
  Narrator: Aw, we forgive you, Buttercup.
• In "Equal Fights", after Ms. Bellum and Ms. Keane make them feel ashamed after telling them that Femme Fatale played them for a bunch of suckers, they tells the girls that while there is injustice in the world, they and the people of Townsville are lucky to have them fight it and encourage them to go out and make things right.
• Cootie Gras has one for Harry Pitt, who gets a Earn Your Happy Ending moment.
  • Harry Pitt, who was used by Mojo to scare the girls away out of fear of getting his cooties, was simply a lonely boy who was denied any form of affection from his peers. Once the girls realize that he did not have cooties and could not harm them, it would be expected that they would punish him for helping Mojo terrorize the city and scaring them. Instead, the girls appear to realize that Harry was never malicious and that they were wrong to believe their classmates words. Before they go to beat up Mojo, the girls move towards to Harry, their faces now beaming with affection as they lovingly say "Come here, Cutie. Cornering the new of object of their affections, the girls proceed to kiss Harry repeatedly all over the face, giving him what he wanted. Even Buttercup, who previously voiced disgust at having to kiss in Butch in the Rowdyruff Boys episode, willingly took part in smooching Harry.
  • What makes the moment sweeter is the girls' kisses leaves Harry's face is left now covered in red lipstick marks, visible proof he had received a form of affection from a female.
  • It's worth mentioning that in subsequent appearances, Harry is no longer ostracized at Pokey Oak, which might have to do with the events of this episode.
• Dance Pansted:
  • The Professor is broken down, humiliated and in tears. Their love for each other is ultimately what brings the girls back to the good side and out of Mojo's control.
  • After suffering Flanderization in the later seasons of the original show, the Mayor of Townsville returns to being a respectable Nice Guy. He encourages Professor Utonium not to give up in freeing the girls from Mojo's control and also feels remorse for insulting Ms. Bellum and even apologizes to her.
• In "Not So Awesome Blossom", during the montage where Blossom struggles with messing things up, Bubbles is shown trying to encourage Blossom to join in the activities her and Buttercup are doing. It's brief, but it's sweet to see Bubbles recognizing her sister is feeling down and finds ways to make her feel better.
• In "Powerpuff Bluff", The Mayor, while being robbed, acts as though his Priceless, Very Rare, One-Of-A-Kind Porcelain Poodle is the most valuable thing in the world. When the girls rescue him, he rewards them by giving them the statue - which Bubbles immediately drops, causing it to break. The Mayor just laughs it off, telling the girls that they love them more than any old statue. It's played for laughs, but it's also very earnest.
• In "Moral Decay", Buttercup accidentally knocks out one of Bubbles' teeth. She can't stop desperately apologizing for it. Even when they go to sleep, she adds a quick "Sorry" after they turn off the light, and the next morning when Bubbles mentions the tooth, Buttercup immediately says sorry again. Not only that, but Bubbles at no point gets angry at Buttercup for this, which is really sweet of both of them. Though, having recently gotten introduced to the idea of having her own money, things start going downhill from there when Buttercup hears about the tooth fairy and gets greedy...
  • It's especially sweet because in "Paste Makes Waste" Buttercup is shown to have trouble apologizing.
• One of the later seasons' saving graces that also doubles as a Funny Moment is a Running Gag where Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup act like they are the parents with Professor Utonium acting like he's their child. Seeing the girls caring about their father/creator as much as he cares about them is very sweet.
  • In the Christmas special, Professor Utonium begs the girls to get up so they can open presents after they thwarted Princess's plan of ruining it by putting everyone on Santa's naughty list. The girls initially snap at their dad and tell him that he should wait for them to get some sleep before they can get ready to open presents, but they quickly change their minds and happily join Professor Utonium in opening Christmas presents.
  • "Burglar Alarmed" begins with the girls waiting for Professor Utonium to come and tuck them in. After they find out that he fell asleep from studying for tomorrow's dissertation, they decide to tuck him in for a change and even comment on how cute he looks after they put him in bed.
• The song "Love Makes The World Go Round" is pretty much heartwarming personified as a song, it being about love and happiness.
  • It's both touching and funny to hear Buttercup sing about the "La La Love" part of the chorus. But then again, it's still heartwarming since it does show that she is capable of feeling love even if she might be a jerk at times.
• Despite "Twisted Sister" being a Tear Jerker, it's really touching to see the girls accepting of Bunny despite her deformity. Bunny, for her part, loves her sisters and immediately gives them a big hug on meeting them.
• There's something about Steve explaining to the Girls in "Super Zeroes" that monsters view surviving the Girls as a rite of passage that's kind of sweet; monster society thinks of them as an unbeatable challenge, and celebrating the ones who return to Monster Island alive.
  Steve: Now this new bit is just not gonna cut it. (to Buttercup) Sure, you didn't have a thirst for vengeance... (to Bubbles) ...stickers with your face on them... (to Blossom) ...or souped-up vehicles — 'cause you didn't need 'em! See, even if you take away the costumes, props, and angst, you still have all the bravery and courage it takes to save the day. So what do you say (knocks over a nearby building) Powerpuff Girls?
  (The Girls look at each other.)
  Blossom: Let's get him, girls!
  Steve: Now that's better.
• Rainbow the Clown appearing at the girls' birthday party free and happy in "Birthday Bash" after his somewhat mean spirited fate in "Mime for a Change".
• In "Bubblevision" while Blossom and Buttercup choose to laugh at Bubbles' glasses and make fun of her, the Professor does not, and says they make her look special.
• In the climax of "Major Competition", after Major Man is exposed for the phony that he is, the citizens of Townsville apologize to the girls for snubbing them and thinking he was a better hero than them when he was responsible for setting up all those crimes throughout the episode in the first place—and they immediately forgive them. When the Mayor leads everyone to reinstall the hotline, it turns out the girls set up the monster attack to expose Major Man, and the monster agreed to help them.
• In the IDW comics, Bubbles and Fuzzy bonding, despite it briefly. Even though said Heel–Face Turn was only due to Him's spell causing his alongside the Gangreen Gang, Princess, and Sedusa's evil to be briefly contained, it seemed like he really started having a friendship with Bubbles.
  • Afterwards, when the truth comes out, the villains are back to the way they were, and Him's defeated/humiliated once more. Fuzzy, after briefly snapping about some trash on his property, finds Bubbles' drawn picture of himself and Bubbles which established their friendship. And instead of tearing it up, he smiles warmly. D'awwww!
• The girls’ pet squirrel. When she becomes gravely injured, they agree to inject her with Chemical X to save her life. By the end of the episode, she’s inducted as the official fourth member of the team, Powerpuff Bullet, guardian of the forest.
• "Ploys 'R Us" has a very cute moment when the girls, unaware of the toys being stolen, think the Professor bought them and want to thank him. When they see he's sleeping, Blossom and Buttercup leave him alone while Bubbles gives him a thank-you kiss. The Professor smiles in his sleep at this.
