  • Sung Jin-Woo keeps working in dungeons even though he's the weakest hunter in all of Korea and keeps getting injured because he supports his sister and wants to find a cure for his mother's illness.
  • When Yoo Jin-Ho meets Jin-Woo the first time, he warmly greets him and promises to protect him. Then, when the "lizards" threaten to kill Jin-Ho if he doesn't let them kill Jin-Woo, Jin-Ho makes good on it, even though he knows he has no chance of survival.
  • Song happily greets Jin-woo when they meet at the D-rank gate, feeling happy that he got better.
  • Chapter 56:
  • In Chapter 89, he finally achieves his objective of healing his mother. Cue Tender Tears.
    • In the next chapter, his sister hugs her while crying her heart out.
  • In chapter 105, Jin-Woo makes a desperate choice and resurrects Min Byung-Gyu so that he can heal Cha Hae-In, who was critically injured by the Ant King and is on the verge of death. Baek Yoon-Ho, who is understandably horrified at seeing his dead friend like this, begs Jin-Woo to not force him to fight on his behalf, since he was an Actual Pacifist in life. Jin-Woo accepts his heartfelt request and cancels the summon once Cha's wounds are healed, allowing Byung-Gyu to serenely pass on and earning Jin-Woo the gratitude of Baek Yoon-Ho.
    • According to Jin-Woo, he did not even have to order Byung-Gyu's shadow to heal Hae-In: he did so of his own volition. Jin-Woo offers him a sincere compliment in response.
Sung Jin-Woo: I can tell just what kind of man he was in life. [...] Such a warm person.
  • In chapter 80, Jin-Woo assigned three high orc bodyguards to watch over his sister, including one of Tusk's personal guards. After this trio just barely keeps his sister alive during a Gate Break, chapter 123 shows that he now has his strongest Shadow Warrior Beru guarding her.
  • In Chapter 134, Igris and Iron save a little girl from a Giant, and Igris rubs her head in comfort.
  • In Chapter 139, Jin-Ho discovers that his father kept track of everything he and his siblings did, including his recent work with Ahjin Guild.
"It's not that your father did not love you. It's that his expectations for you rivaled his love for you, as well."
  • Chapter 186: Jin-Woo and Cha’s date after his CSAT test. Before, Jin-Woo promised Hae-In he would tell her everything if she won a race against him and Hae-In decides to race him to the nearby Christmas tree. So how does Hae-In win against somebody who basically has Super-Speed? She takes off her scarf, wraps it around Jin-Woo, and says…
Cha Hae-In: Oppa, if you like me, don’t move from this spot.
  • Chapter 190: After helping a suicide victim avenge herself against her Lecherous Stepparent, Jin-Woo fulfills her Last Request and delivers a birthday present to her friend on her behalf.
