Heartwarming / Junebug

• Even though Johnny is pretty negative and abrasive for most of the film, it is a little heartwarming to see him scramble to try to tape a program about meerkats (Ashley's favorite animal), though he does fail pretty miserably at it. Later, after Ashley loses the baby, he quietly asks if she'd like to try again sometime. Though it's pretty ill timing, it's pretty obvious that he's not as aloof about her as he seems.
