Episode 4

  • Unsure about her lyrics, Bocchi asks Ryo to give her an opinion. Ryo tells her about her previous band and how they had awkward, but honest lyrics, that she liked. When they decided to go commercial, Ryo disliked that and left. As such, she tells Bocchi, that she should write the kind of lyrics she wants to, not what other people may expect from her, even if it means that her lyrics will be gloomy. As she puts it: "It might not connect with too many people, but those it does, it'll hit deeply."

Episode 6

  • Bocchi buying Kikuri, a total stranger to her, some water and miso soup in order to help her recover from a hangover.
  • Out of gratitude, Kikuri pays a ticket and stages a street concert to help Bocchi meet her quota, where Bocchi ends up gaining two loyal fans.

Episode 7

  • Despite some embarrassing teasing, Bocchi's parents celebrate her having friends by inviting them to eat and party. Even Bocchi admits she ended up having fun.

Episode 8

  • The two fans and Kikuri going to Starry despite the hurricane just to support Bocchi.
  • While outside at an izakaya, Nijika and Bocchi have a conversation about their band. Nijika explains her past, how her and Seika's mother died and how their father was not around. She mentions how Seika left her band and then established Starry for Nijika, after seeing how happy Nijika was seing live bands (though she also adds, that Seika would not openly admit it), and how her own dream is to make Kessoku Band successful so that people will know about Starry. She then says, that through all obstacles that Kessoku Band faced so far, one person helped them overcome them - Bocchi herself, whom Nijika then nicknames Bocchi the Rock.

Episode 10

  • Upon learning that Kikuri and Ryo haven't paid back the money they owe to Bocchi, Seika stands up to her and forces the two to pay Bocchi back what they owe.

Episode 12

  • When Bocchi apologies for accidentally breaking her dad's guitar's cord, rather than being upset, Naoki assures Bocchi that she's not at fault as it was beyond her control and encourages Bocchi to buy her own guitar by giving her a large sum of money.
    • When Bocchi becomes worried about how he managed to get the money, Naoki explains that he secretly applied monetization for guitarhero's channel when the channel became successful and congratulates Bocchi for her successful views.
