• Why exactly has Aviva never upgraded the Creature Power Disks to store a DNA sample so they can be activated anywhere and at any time? The show repeatedly shows that a DNA sample like a shark's tooth, a feather or a tuft of animal fur works just as well as touching an actual animal and the process never uses up the sample in any of these instances. Also, the episode where Zack is able to hack and hijack the Kratts' suits proves that the suits have some kind of memory of what they've turned their wearers into.
  • The complete DNA pattern of any animal is a huge whack of data, so keeping the full pattern of every previous transformation in memory may slow down the suits' operations. Zack's hacking uncovered ways to re-create old shapes on a mechanical level, but the bros weren't especially coordinated when they were forced into the wrong shapes: it's likely that they were missing some key directives that the suits would've gotten from fresh DNA input.
  • Aviva produces Power Disks and maintains and upgrades the suits as part of a quid pro quo deal with the Kratt brothers: she keeps cranking out creature powers for them to try, and they keep teaching her about exotic creatures and giving her, Koki and Jimmy the chance to see amazing wildlife. Possibly making physical contact necessary, rather than keeping everything in a database, was a way to guarantee they'd live up to their side of the bargain, back when the team didn't know each other all that well and she was leery of relying on a couple of goofball naturalists. Now it's just how they're used to the suits working, so rather than ask Aviva to upgrade them - a process which might take months - the guys just roll with it. They've already got a workaround with saving bits of fur, scales and feathers anyway, so why put their adventures on hold for ages just for that? The bros don't even like taking a few days off to re-stock the Tortuga.
• How come the Villains haven't been put in jail yet? Cause their countless acts of animal cruelty has basically been exposed to crowds of people a couple of times and yet nobody's getting the police involved on the villains' acts, what gives?
  • They voyage around the world just like the WK crew does and maybe the International Police have a hard time catching them with their air vehicles.
• In the Halloween special, why does Martin's final power-suit form have bat wings? None of the animals he was holding when his suit malfunctioned had wings of any sort, and it was Chris who'd activated Vampire Bat Powers earlier in the story, not Martin.
• Will the Kratts ever know that Koala Balloon was from Zach?
