In Amazing Spider-Man, Johnny Storm wants to buy back the Baxter Building after Parker Industries and says that he has "sixteen grand", way too little money to do so. However, over in Uncanny Avengers, it turns out that Johnny has possession of Reed Richards' patents and settlements, totaling well over five billion dollars. Even with taxes, Johnny should have had more than enough money to buy back the Baxter Building; instead, it comes off as another reason to dump on everybody.

Despite being released later, the Spider-Man story takes place before the Uncanny Avengers one. Once he gets that money, he'll gazump the person who was trying to buy the building. Previews for Marvel Two-in-One already show that Peter will hand the keys to Ben Grimm.
