Jin-Roh Germany: Stronger than OTL United States?

So... according to the backstory, Hitler was assassinated in the 20 July plot and Japan joined the Allies... and yet Japan lost the fight? How? Even if the USA decided to stay neutral, the plot was historically done with the objective of making peace with the allies. Even if the aggrements failed (Given their unrealistic demands that the conspirators desired), this means that a post-coup (And weakened by the political turmoil that would come with it) Germany fought Japan, England, Russia and all other Allied members at the same time... and won? How is that even plausible, Alternate History Wank aside?

  • It is impossible to state how much America helped the Allies without appearing to go into serious America Wank. America supplied vast amounts of materials before they entered the war; to the Soviets alone they gave 400,000 jeeps and trucks, 14,000 airplanes, 13,000 tanks, 2.7 million tons of petroleum products (to fuel airplanes, trucks and tanks), 4.5 million tons of food, and they even transported an entire Ford Company tire factory (which made tires for military vehicles) to the Soviet Union. We can assume that if America truly remained neutral then they didn't give any supplies to the Allies through Lend Lease, which would have resulted in the Soviet Union, starved for food and fuel supplies, collapsing in the face of Germany as they would be unable to secure enough war material to oppose the German offensive. The British would have struggled to rearm after Dunkirk. And the Free French would have much more difficulty in arming any of it's troops, as nearly everything they had was provided by America. So we can assume that the Allies were unable to field enough strength to stop Germany, and were defeated.
