Trivia / Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade

• Acting for Two: Hachiroh Tohbe and the narrator are both voiced by Yoshisada Sakaguchi in Japanese and by Doug Abrahams in English.
• Cowboy Be Bop At His Computer: The movie is a mostly a quiet historical drama, but a lot of anime sites place it in their action or gore sections (it does have a bit of both, but not much). Same with the titular wolves: word of mouth often has it as a werewolf film instead of one with a paramilitary unit that happen to be named "Wolfmen".
• Fountain of Expies: The Kerberos Panzer Unit's armor has notably inspired both the Helghast and the Combine, and between itself and those two expies, has become pretty much the template for Gas Mask Mooks. There are troops looking like them in the Alternate History comic book Block 109 as well (it's even a Shout-Out).
