- So at the end of the game, Komaru has the device that controls the Monokumas and Monokuma Kids. She goes into the situation with the intent to destroy it, but after it turns out that doing so will kill the Monokuma Kids and make things worse, she decides not to, and leaves the war to play itself out. But, if the controller controls the Monokumas and Monokuma Kids, wouldn't the best course of action be to use it to make the Monokumas stand down and release the kids from their brainwashing? If it doesn't have that functionality on its own, maybe it could be combined with the hacking gun somehow to make it work.
- Maybe Komaru doesn't know how to use it properly? Messing with a device that can control people or kill them doesn't seem very safe.
