Headscratchers / Batgirl (2000)

• I'm not particularly familiar with the Batfamily, but why does Hong Kong deserve such a violent vigilante? It has a pretty low crime rate among large cities.
  • It doesn't, Cass isn't very violent. She's The Cape.
  • A better question would be why Hong Kong NEEDS such a badass hero.
• Cass uses the minimum amount of force to knock people out as opposed to Batman who's often venting his anger.
