Headscratchers / Aloha, Scooby-Doo!

• In the limbo contest, why Scooby wasn't disqualified for digging his way from one side to the other? I get that he didn't touch the low bar, but he didn't touch it because he digged under it when the game's idea is to try to not touch it or lose it by either dislodging the bar or falling.
