Early in the episode, Puffin mentions of the time when he wished from Dez that his snot was peanut butter. Then in episode's Dance Party Ending, it gets elevated to a hilariously gross Brick Joke.
Puffin:(sneezes) Free peanut butter sandwiches for everyone! (Dez, Tsuni, and Akiko simply stare in disgust)
Dez shouting random words to try and distract Major Abs from granting a wish.
Puffin's reaction to finding out that Major Abs had hypnotized him to do push-ups. "WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE AWESOME FRIENDS!"

Puffin and Akiko’s hilariously terrible Irish accents when brainwashed. Apparently, Sergio Di Zio and Stephany Seki were literally told to just do the worst Irish accents possible.
Finnuala gets Akiko and Puffin to perform Irish jigs, prompting the episode's Title Drop.
Akiko:' (in an atrocious Irish accent) Does this [dancing] please the jigmaster? (the show cuts down to the air beneath her where legs would be if she weren't a ghost)

The Turtle Monster's reactions towards some of the selkie's dinnertime behavior. When the selkie spits out the soup they're having right in the monster's face, he simply says "I know. This soup is terrible." and continues as if nothing happened.

Wise Dez: So [Puffin] does care about his friends! I must go tell Akiko. Howie:(holding a birthday cake) You sure, man? It’s my birthday! I think. I don't — I don't really know. We’re just gonna eat this cake.
Annapurna reciting quotes from the Puffin feeding cult's holy scriptures, which are all no-context lines from Puffin such as "Spicy is paradisey", "Loves me some hot fudge", and "Tacos rule so hard, forever".
A blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment from the episode is the sight of a statue of the King of the Underworld in the style of Lady Liberty in Planet of the Apes (1968).

Million Mo' Wishes
The end twist, in which Leslie's wish for "a million more wishes" instead turns Fireball Cat into his old rapper persona, Million Mo' Wishes.

Leslie wishes his bouncy castle was a real castle. He tries it out, and it's still bouncy...but also as hard as an actual castle.

Leslie wishes for enough ice cream to feed everyone in the park...except all the ice cream is for him.

The title chant performed by Dez's brogues whenever he refuses to do the childhood bucket list. It gets even better when Akiko and Puffin join them.

Emer: What's with all the noise? Oh, you've found your monster! How sweet of it to visit after all these years. Dez: Mom! Not everything from my childhood is cute! Emer: Gotcha. I'll just leave you alone to your adorable roughhousing. (blows a kiss) Monster:(makes a friendly growl)

Everyone is mad at Puffin for wishing away vegetables, but Howie is especially furious.

The first task of the Minotaur's labyrinth is that Puffin has to pick just one comic to buy from Tsuni's shop. His constant questions about customer choice are so bad that Dez and Akiko have to tape up his beak to get him to buy even one comic without asking questions. Tsuni then gives her praise to the group.
Tsuni: You completed the first task, Puffin! Don't worry I'm sure you'll do fine on the other two. (aside, to Dez and Akiko) Keep that tape on him.
Smitty asks Fireball Cat about the hot tub's temperature after the latter spends the entire second task trying to get Puffin to agree with him that it's the perfect temperature.
Smitty: How is the water? Fireball Cat: To be perfectly honest, it’s a little hot.
Smitty's disgruntlement with how he has to lick the ground to perform his Minotaur magic.
"There's gotta be a better way to do magic."
Akiko complains about Fireball Cat's hot tub.

When Tsuni holds Puffin's hands to teach him knitting, Puffin compliments how soft and warm her hands are. Dez decides to ask Tsuni for help as well, but instead gets Donut-Bot's cold, steely hands helping him.

Puffin and Akiko contemplate buying an angry rat for Dez's birthday. They decide they should figure out what's making the rat angry first before purchasing it.

Y'all seem pretty rad to me. Dez and Alternate!Dez: (sheepishly) Heh heh heh. (quietly to Puffin) Tsuni thinks I'm rad.

When Dez restores all magic, he asks Puffin and Akiko to test it with wishes if their own (although nothing occurs since Dez is the only one whose magic isn't restored).
