Earlier when taking a detour at Mount Panorama, Tasuku was poisoned by an Alraumon. When Tsumugi and Guy found him, Tsumugi fed him the antidote. After defeating Etemon, Tsumugi went through a Heroic RRoD. Tasuku decided to feed him the medicine the same way Tsumugi fed him the antidote, much to Tsumugi's embarrassment. It didn't help that Tasuku mischievously pointed out that he was just returning the favor.
Tsumugi told everyone that Tasuku's body was always so warm, so anyone who couldn't stand cold should sleep beside Tasuku. Tasuku was none too pleased about it, especially that Azuma was eager to sleep beside him after hearing that.

Pianist Kabuterimon distracted Tasuku and Guy because it played a piano with four hands. When asked if they had never seen such a thing, Tasuku gave an obvious answer: Humans only have two hands.
After watching The Beetle Tournament's Other Secret, Tasuku was so engrossed in it that he got into Okuwamon's role. When HerakleKabuterimon called him, he punched the Digimon in the face...and immediately snapped out of his role because hitting Tough Beetles hurt him a lot.
Tasuku's letter for Homare contains nothing but a request for poem and him lamenting how bad he is at writing letters. However, Tsumugi sees through Tasuku's awkwardness and deciphers the letter. It becomes a heartwarming moment.
