• In I'll Be Home for Christmas, a group of sheep are sampling fabrics at a shop. One of them comments "Feels like your cousin Stanley!"
• In I'll Be Home for Christmas, Opal requests her special blanket before going to bed. When Puddle finds it, it turns out to be little more than a rag.
  Puddle: (incredulous) That's it?
  Opal: I guess I just loved it to pieces.
• The Funny Background Event in "Free Falling Friends" of the skydiving instructor Webber getting blown back by wind from the plane engine because of it catching his parachute.
• In "Curried Favors," Puddle's reason that his and Toot's friendship is like flowers.
  Puddle: Both friendship and flowers will grow and grow, as long as you take care of them. ... And both sometimes need watering! (playfully sprays Toot with the garden hose)
