The Kingdom Hearts Chronicles 1.1
- The laughs begin very quickly with the reveal of Sora's pet talking slug, Fluffy.
- After Sora recounts his dream (the opening cutscene in the original game), Kairi accuses him of sniffing paopu leaves. Again. Sora claims that they're Fluffy's.
- Riku whining to Kairi and Sora (mostly Kairi) for not paying attention to him.Riku: Why don't you like me, Kairi? I'm cool! Aren't I? My mom says I'm cool. Are you even listening to me?
- Sora accidentally kills Fluffy by letting him swim in salt water. "One slug funeral later..."
- And then Sora forgets about Fluffy immediately.
- Riku says the Paopu fruit was not easy to get. Cue a montage of him trying to obtain it...
- First, he just tries climbing the tree. He promptly falls off.
- He tries to jump for it, with the same results.
- He tries using a trampoline, which sends him flying over the edge of the cliff.
- Eventually, he just tries cutting the tree down.
- He tries pole vaulting, which causes him to hang in the air for a moment before falling backward.
- He shoots a beam at it... which somehow turns it into popcorn.
- He throws a shuriken at it, which circles back and hits him in the face.
- He tries the shuriken again. This time, it works.
- Back in the present, Sora once again implies he's a stoner by pointing out that he's "clean" now.
- After Sora confirms that Riku likes Kairi just like he does and Riku insists that he keep it a secret, we get this:Sora: Hey, Kairi! Guess what! Riku likes you! (laughs)
(pan out to show that Sora's still talking to Riku)
Sora: Oh... This is awkward. - Sora's drawing on the wall. Just... Sora's drawing on the wall.
- This whole exchange:Hooded Figure: This world is-
Sora: Yeah, that's great buddy! See ya!
Hooded Figure: Wait! I'm not done warn- (Kairi walks in)
Sora: Hey Kairi! Watcha doin'? Why do you have that blank zombie-like stare at me? Do I have somethin' on my shirt? (holds up broccoli) Do I have broccoli on my shirt? (throws broccoli at Kairi) I don't think I have broccoli on my shirt! (suddenly wearing a bib that says "I <3 Kairi") I wore my bib! AHHH, MY SECRET BIB! (throws it away, where it flies around randomly in the background) - "AAAAH WHERE'D THIS KEY COME FROM AAAAAHHHH!"
- Sora getting advice from Obi-Wan Kenobi and Harry Potter. Yes... really.
- Obi-Wan suggests that he use his "great swordsman skills" on the Heartless. Sora points out that he's only had the Keyblade for five seconds and thus has no such skills.
- Harry suggests he cast a light spell. After this fails, Sora takes out the Keyblade's batteries (yes, it runs on batteries) and puts them in a flashlight. This works and kills the Heartless.
- In the original version, Harry claims he's going to leave to play cricket (obviously a joke about him being British).
The Kingdom Hearts Chronicles 1.2
- Donald and Goofy mistake Leon's house key for the Keyblade.
- Sora's awful attempt at stand-up comedy. As he dodges a bunch of rotten fruit, he ends up having a knife thrown at him.
- Yuffie scaring Sora off by speeding through her exposition.
- When Sora recognizes Cloud as a character from a video game, Cloud has no idea what he's talking about. Sora seemingly has an Internal Monologue about how he shouldn't tell him the truth lest it shatter his perception of reality, only for Cloud to point out that he's actually talking into a tin can.
- The (offscreen) No-Holds-Barred Beatdown Cloud gives Donald and Goofy for stealing his car keys. One of Sora's commentaries on it is "Oh no, don't put the duck in the oven!"
- Obi-Wan dying offscreen by overloading his ship with Paopu Leaves, causing it to crash.
- Sora, Donald and Goofy stealing Professor Farnsworth's ship.
- The Disney Villains think that Sora must be a fairly cunning guy if he's able to skip to the final level. Cue Gilligan Cut to Sora singing the Oscar Meyer bologna song.
The Kingdom Hearts Chronicles 1.3
- Sora destroying Atlantica and the Hundred Acre Wood. Given the reputation both worlds have among Kingdom Hearts fans, it's not likely that many of them were mourning.
- Then it turns out Sora thought he was on The Price Is Right. The flashback to the last time he was on that show is hilarious.
- Riku's Evil Costume Switch is depicted as being a dress.
- The Darkness' state bird is the canary. When Sora questions why it isn't a raven, the Darkness answers that they lost the raven to "Happy Sunshine Land". Cue the poor raven being stuck in Happy Sunshine Land, listening to "Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows" over and over until it goes insane.
- When Sora turns into a Heartless, he initially thinks he's a butterfly. When Kairi changes him back, he once again thinks he's become a butterfly.
