• Dongfang Yu Qing insists on calling Qian Gu his wife, oblivious to her irritation. He even calls her his wife in front of Zi Hua, to Qian Gu's embarrassment. And when he finally agrees to stop this, he decides to nickname her "Bones" instead.
• Qian Gu's reaction to Tang Bao, a spirit worm, calling her "Mummy".
  Qian Gu: Why are you calling me mummy? You weren't born from me. I'm not a worm.
• After the plant monsters Dongfang tells Qian Gu he won't talk about marriage any more. She's relieved... until he says he's going to show how sincere he is by his actions. She promptly Facepalms.
• Dongfang tries to compliment Qian Gu and instead tells her she's simple-minded.
• Qian Mo has some reservations about fighting Zi Hua.
  Qian Mo: My hair will be messed up and my make-up with be smeared.
