  • In the very final episode of his playthrough of D2, there's a scene after the credits. Said scene is Fry asking the brainspawn what really killed the Dinosaurs, just replacing the brainspawn with the Shadow.
  • In episode 13 of his Shadows of the Damned playthrough, he has to censor the "darkness" sections due to the presence of in-game nudity. Said censorship consists in him pointing a camera at the screen where Shadows Of The Damned is playing, and using his own hands to physically cover the nudity. At various points, he has to practically cover the entire screen.
  • During his Deadly Premonition LP, he gets to drive in Emily's car. He comments almost immediately upon getting in that the music that plays while driving it is his favourite. Cue unexpected, repeated expressive cries of "Yeah!" that would catch most frequent viewers off-guard.
    • While collecting a sidequest item at Lysander's junkyard, he sees a dumpster. Rather than continue the Running Gag of jumping into it, he just trails off with an "Ehhhh" before returning to Lysander.
    • Usually he's careful not to speak over lines of dialogue, or between them. An encounter with a clipping error that makes York appear to kneel before Kaysen has him break this streak with a deadpan "That is most unfortunate."
    • Examining a taxidermied deer head, the game says "Is there some hidden significance to this?" SGF responds "Yeah there is a significance, the significance is that we hit it with a guitar. I'm solving a puzzle."
    • After one of the "driving Sigourney home" sequences, SGF uses the radio to warp to Greenvale hospital. As soon as he arrives, Sigourney is somehow already standing outside the hospital, prompting SGF to turn and stare at her for a moment before heading inside.
  • An amazing moment comes at the end of his The You Testament LP, where Bully Demise is standing trial for murder. He gets convicted by a vote of 2 to 1, but who is the lone dissenter that tries to save him? The Roman who he had dismembered episodes ago.
  • On part 38 of his (blind) Virtue's Last Reward LP (done on Stream Friend), after spending two weeks away from the game, SGF attempts to try and catch himself up with the plot while continuing through the story. When Clover barges into the room preventing the scene from stalling for any further amount of time, SGF is very happy and hopes that something did happen. Then the following exchange happens:
    Clover: We found it!
    SGF: Y-oh, what?
Clover: What do you mean, "what"?! What else could we find?
SGF: It's been two weeks, Clover, just humor me.
    • Earlier on, SGF gives us this gem after an AB Game where multiple people had worked together purely to make sure Dio couldn't get nine points.
SGF: I like that logic. The biggest priority is making sure Dio can't win. (chuckle)
  • On part 74 of his (blind) Virtue's Last Reward LP, Sigma and Phi panics over not being able to jump into another timeline and remember the passwords for the bombs. This prompts SGF to stealthily move his Notepad app screen, containing all of the password answers to the game screen, in and out of the game screen in a teasing fashion.
  • His positive tone of voice often doesn't lend to proper expressions of anger, frustration, or resignation. However, upon finding out that the sequel to Dementium: The Ward was available on Steam, while playing the first game, he can't help himself. The sarcastic joy is hilariously obvious.
  • His Corpsing/Hell Is That Noise reaction upon booting up 10th Frame during a DOS games stream.
  • At the end of his playthrough of the Resident Evil 7 teaser:
  • The very start of episode three of "Bumbling Through Resident Evil 7."
SGF: Father — daddy — was, uh... he should be upstairs right now, unless he just teleports right here —
  • Let's Play Killer7 has him attempting to give exposition on the game between every chapter. Since these segments always take place in Garcian's trailer, he keeps getting interrupted by someone screaming in pain offscreen, which he completely ignores otherwise.
(Pt. 3): Right now, we're Garcian in his trailer house. It's a very nice- ("OOOWWWWWW!!!") ...It's a very nice trailer house.
(Pt 10): And it seems that Curtis is not- ("AGH!") ...It seems that Curtis is not- ("OOOOOOOAAAAAAHHHH!") ...It seems that Curtis is not p- ("WAGH!") ...It seems that Curtis is not pleased with Ped- ("GRAH!") ...with Pedro. (*Gagging*)
  • During SGF's playthrough of The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker, a new character comes in, revealing he's a Quantum Physicist and suddenly starts rambling about the many worlds theory. [1]
  • A combination of game dialog, chat reaction, and SGF's own subdued mirth create a CMOF during his Shenmue playthrough, as Ryo REALLY fails to understand what "please don't talk about the Mad Angels" could possibly mean.
  • His playthrough of Shenmue II has him making recaps for each episode. Even if they aren't entirely necessary.
    • The first episode is summed up with Ryo asking where Wan Chai is, asking where Wan Chai is, drinking a soda, asking where Wan Chai is, and getting his bag stolen.
    • The third episode's recap just consists of a ridiculous grunt.
  • Doki Doki Literature Club!:
    • The game's Player Character is fairly quickly established to be somewhat of a shut-in dweeb with weeaboo tendencies, whose free time consists primarily of escapism through manga, anime, and video games. SGF decides to take this and turn it to up to eleven for laughs. This leads to him stating, in-character, that the only way he could possibly get into literature is by trying to framing everything he reads in terms of anime, such as asking himself what Son Goku would do if he was the main character of Of Mice and Men. The answer is that Goku would obviously use a Kamehameha to euthanize Lennie.
    • As the contents of the poem that Monika reads when she tries to whip the Literature Club into shape to perform at the school festival is never detailed, SGF describes it in-character as a communist speech on how capitalism must be destroyed and society burned down to the ground so it can be started over. He adds that he is a bit worried that such a poem might not be entirely appropriate for a school festival.
    • When Natsuki freaks out when she stands on the computer chair and realizes that the Player Character can almost look up her skirt, and the text describes how the chair flies out from under her feet:
SGF: (deadpan) Natsuki fell to the floor, falling on her neck, breaking it instantly. It's a tragedy. The Literature Club closed down afterwards. All the remaining living members never talked to each other again.
    • When Natsuki playfully punches the Player Character in the chest, just have the two of them have had a conversation about how he keeps underestimating how strong she is:
SGF: (deadpan) And I go flying back into the wall; my sternum carved in, I feel it piercing my heart as it struggles to pump blood. Natsuki stares at me, horrified with what she has accidentally done, not aware of her own strength.
    • When Natsuki starts revealing that she has a complex about being small and is strong hinted to have some form of A-Cup Angst, being afraid that she lacks sex appeal, the Player Character ensures her that there plenty of guys who are into body types like hers. SGF quickly gets a little weary about where that conversation is going:
Natsuki: How do you know what anyway?
Player Character: Just trust me on this one.
SGF: (in-character) Look, we can go in to my room, go on the computer; I'll show you so many things... (out of character) Maybe that's a bad idea.
    • When the Player Character licks some cupcake frosting off Natsuki's finger, SGF is genuinely surprised and loses his demeanor for a brief moment.
SGF: Uh... Oh... (chuckles) You filthy boy!
    • A really great Black Comedy moment: When SGF encounters the corpse of Sayori, he responds with an incredibly understated "Oh, Sayori!" as if he is a protagonist in sitcom who just has walked in on the wacky antics of his crazy neighbor rather than someone witnessing the aftermath of a suicide.
    • When Yuri offers the Player Character a book to read in Act 2, her timid manners causes her to beat quite a bit around the bush about it, making SGF increasingly exasperated as he repeatedly asks her to just show him the book already.
    • When Yuri and Natsuki's argument starts glitching out in Act 2, and their accusations suddenly becomes a tad more crude than it did in Act 1.
SGF: (whispers) I-I don't think that's what happened last time...
      • When Monika suddenly literally superimposes herself over the argument.
SGF: (completely casual) Monika, could you break these two up, please? (whispers) It's kind of awkward...
      • When Monika decides to remove the Player Character from the argument and takes them outside for a bit:
Monika: Some president I am, right?
SGF: (deadpan) Yeah, it's kind of a wacky club you got here. With the whole bending of reality and such.
    • When SGF comes across Yuri as her arm is lined with several fresh cuts, which are probably self-inflicted.
SGF: (casually) Oh. Hey. That's— That's kind of a bad thing happening on that arm right there. You should probably get that looked at.
    • Monika overtly tries to get the Player Character over on her side by trying to paint Yuri and Natsuki as unpleasant people. SGF affably waves away this attempt:
Monika: I don't like seeing the other girls giving you a hard time.
SGF: Uuuh, no, we're all getting along great.
Monika: With how mean Natsuki is and everything...
      SGF: Nah, she's okay.
Monika: And Yuri being a little bit... you know.
SGF: I, I mean, we get along fine... I mean, granted, it's kind of a problem with the whole cutting, but, maybe... maybe we can do something about that, I'm not sure.
    • Yuri calls the player character to a one-on-one talk
Yuri: Is it just me, or has Monika been acting a little off lately?
SGF: Eeeh, y'know, there has been a lot of "acting a little off" among everyone, I think.
    • SGF decides to show Yuri yet another poem, she is quite enthused about it:
Yuri: I'm going to take this home with me and keep it in my room. I hope that it makes you feel good when you think about me having it. I'll take good care of it!
SGF: Please, it's just... Yuri, it's just a poem.
Yuri: I'll even touch myself while reading it over and over.
SGF: Oh. Well... Wha-Whatever does it for you, I guess...
Yuri: I'll give myself paper cuts so your skin oil enters my blood stream.
SGF: I... Uh, please don't do that.
      • Yuri then shows off her poem, a lot of scrawls on bloody paper, causing the world to become red-tinted and grainy:
SGF: Uhm... Yeah. I can't read this. I-I assume that's part of the artistry. Right? Like, part of it is that, with this part of, uh, the poetry is that is so difficult to actually make out, is, uh, the idea.
Yuri: (close up) Do you like it??
SGF: It's, it's marvellous. I feel, uh, emotions reading this poem that I've not felt with reading any other.
        Yuri: I wrote for you!
SGF: I can tell! I can tell.
Yuri: In case you couldn't tell, the poem is about ÿţŠìĻôċĺìŜâÆ1ĐŤøíŋοëīÎżŪžŅÒĵĄ
SGF: Well, I mean, obviously. It's, it's so clear to the, uh, to the learned poet that that is what the meaning was.
Yuri: More importantly, I've endowed it with my scent.
        SGF: Yeah?
Yuri: See, aren't I the most thoughtful person in the club?
SGF: I- You meant you spray perfume on it, right?
        (everything snaps back to normal)
Yuri: (scared out of her wits) ...I... I think I'm going to vomit.
SGF: Oh, I mean... Well... I guess head to the bathroom then.
    • The game then prompts SGF to show the poem to another person. SGF briefly wonders how that is possible since Yuri apparently took it, before picking Natsuki:
Natsuki: What? You gave your poem to Yuri?
SGF: Okay. No, we did give the poem to Yuri.
      Natsuki: Gross!
SGF: (laughs) It's kinda gross, yeah.
    • The girls asks the player character to pick one of them to help out:
SGF: Last time we're spending most of our with Natsuki and in this time we've been spending most of our time with Yuri, so I guess we do have to see that through...
(SGF picks "Yuri", the screen glitches out and then fills up with a list where "Monika" is the only choice)
SGF: (without skipping a beat) Or maybe we're picking Monika! Is what we'll be picking.
      Monika: Yay, you picked me!
SGF: Yeah, how about that? I gave it a lot of thought and decided that it had to be Monika after all.
    • Yuri's Sanity Slippage culminates in the creepiest Love Confession ever:
Yuri: I love you so much that I even touch myself with the pen I stole from you.
SGF: Oh. Is that right? Well, y'know, some things we don't need to know right away.
Yuri: (crazy stare) I just want to pull your skin open and crawl inside of you.
SGF: Yeah? Well... That's, that's, that might be a tall order, here.
      • Yuri then asks if her confession is accepted. SGF picks "Yes", reasoning that it is how it normally works in Visual Novels. Yuri responds by going Laughing Mad, then she pulls out a knife and stabs herself.
        SGF: (nonplussed) Oh. That's unfortunate.
    • After Yuri suicide results in the game "glitching" out and forcing the player character to spend a weekend in the class room, watching her body decompose, it finally is Monday again:
Natsuki: (walks in) It's festival time!
SGF: Yeah! (laughs) It's time for the festival!
Natsuki: Wow, you got here before me?
SGF: Ah, you know...? I've just spend the entire weekend here, is the thing...
Natsuki: I thought I was pretty ear— (notices Yuri's corpse) EYAH!
SGF: Yeah, how about this, Natsuki? What you do think about this? (cracks up)
      Natsuki: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!
SGF: This is something that's been happening right here. She's just been talking the entire weekend like this.
    • Monika comes clean about her plan, explaining how she felt she had to delete the other characters:
Monika: I was hoping it would be enough for me to just try to make them as unlikeable as possible... But for some reason, nothing worked.
SGF: I mean, it's a Visual Novel. The girls being unlikeable and then you romancing them is kind of a thing in these games.
  • SGF decided to do a let's play of the Playstation 2 voice-controlled game Lifeline (aka Operator's Side). Early on, it seems like the voice recognition, for a 2003 PS2 game, seems to be actually working. Then he gets into combat and the notoriously bad voice recognition rears its ugly head (not helped by how SGF was, initially, handling the TALK button). Then SGF spends a good 10 minutes trying to coax Rio into checking the correct dispenser (for a command ticket) and trying to identify the four objects on the table in the room, with Rio regularly misinterpreting his commands as "leave the room". When his attempt to get Rio to examine a green book on a desk causes her to go from there to the table, SGF starts thinking he made a mistake picking this game. When he gets Rio back to the table one more time, he actually tells Rio this:
SGF: (holding the talk button) Rio, I might have made a mistake.
Rio: Are you talking about this? (identifies newspaper)
    SGF: (aside) Oh my god.
    (End of part 1)
  • In the first episode of his playthrough of Strange Loves: Vampire Boyfriends, SGF decides to take a vote on whether he should mute the incredibly repetitive, single-track music of the gamebook, sarcastically offering a voting option to turn the music all the way up instead. Take a wild guess as to what the chat decides.
SGF: Don't vote for number 3, I was just joking! I don't want to turn the music all the way up.
    • He ended up turning the volume up slightly after seeing that option had won by a landslide.
  • This video, an impromptu one-off he recorded while suffering a power outage that derailed his planned uploading schedule, is a prime case of accidental Foreshadowing for some of his later LPs. Among other things, he mentions wanting to do a playthrough of Realms of the Haunting at some point and playing through a bunch of old 3DO games that he has. All the while, he's playing Dementium: The Ward on his DS... while declaring a few times that he doubts he'll ever LP it.
