Season 01
- In the sixth chapter, afraid they're about to be killed by an accidentally-created monster, Walker and Darkea declare that they hate each other... Only for the creature to mistake Walker for its mother and tackle-hug him!
- In the tenth chapter, facing an invading horde of monsters, Dirk sets up a Home Alone-esque trap on the front door to the Ancient Library. The only thing dumber? IT WORKS.
- In the nineteenth chapter, the team accidentally discovers an alternate universe where they're replaced by a Sentai team. That's surreal enough, but it gets better as Nikki realizes her and Madilyn's counterparts, Akiko and Mai, are lovers. Things get more than a little awkward for her.
- The whole chapter is really one big Mythology Gag/tribute to Super Sentai, and even has a less-than-subtle friendly jab at TV-Nihon's subbing peeves.
- In the twenty-first chapter, the Rangers are marching into a Dark Zone with an army at their backs prepared to take on who knows what kind of horrors, and what's Madilyn doing? Riding her horse BACKWARDS, because she can't seem to make it go forward.
- This live reading of chapters 1 & 2, and how much the reader seems to love Madilyn. It's worth noting that the original idea for Madilyn's personality was a mixture of Haruhi Suzumiya and Pinkie Pie, so the voice chosen for the character isn't all that far off, and almost made J.A. Phillips wet himself."Oh my God, it's a blonde Pinkie Pie!"
Season 02
- In the third chapter, right before Layla and Faye have their Big Damn Kiss, Madilyn has one...with her morpher, having reclaimed it after spending two chapters without it.
- In the fourth chapter, just as Patrick and Madilyn are complaining about issues Drayden was having, both of which are issues they themselves deal with, Dirk walks in, holds up a sign that says "IRONY", and leaves without saying a word.
- Dirk later gets in a another great moment when he literally looks to the readers and talks about how no one would be stupid enough to do a Power Rangers movie and remove the visors and mouthpieces from their helmets.
- Sort of a meta example, but, as the writer posted on social media, this chapter was the longest thus far, beating the former record holder by 1,234 words, a feat he insists was not planned.
