• Every single chapter has its moments, really, but those centering on Akane and Akari − chapter 29, 44, 63, 73, 82 and 107 − tend to take the cake. Despite (or because of) their foregone conclusion, Akane's trolling and Akari's suffering followed by her retaliation have become something of an artform.
  • And additionally, every chapter where Genjirou and/or Touko appear. Especially in part 2 after Genjirou becomes "Ryokuenzaka-sensei".
• Chapter 33, when asked by Asahi and Youko ask if Nagisa is planning to return home by UFO:
  Nagisa: I'm not allowed to tell you that. It's one of our top-guarded secrets.
  (cue an enormous cat-faced flying saucer emerging from the trees)
  Ryou(over a loudspeaker): HEY SIS! WHERE DO I PARK THE UFO?
• Chapter 51: Akane threatens to destroy earth with a giant asteroid (with horns, naturally) if Aizawa doesn't make chocolates for her. Naturally, Akari tries to turn this back on her by recruiting Youko, Shiho, and Rin to also create chocolates for her as punishment. It doesn't really end well for anyone.
• The "Sexiness Contest" in chapter 57. Akane, Akari, and Youko compete to see who can induce the biggest nosebleed from Asahi. They all fail. Akane ends up looks cute rather than sexy, Akari terrifies him, and Youko's attempted seduction is interrupted by her stomach growling. It's easily the least fanservice-y "sexiness contest" ever.
• Chapter 62: Akane gets ahold of Karen's feathers, which can induce one of the seven deadly sins in anyone who gets poked with one. She spends most of the chapter using the Lust feather to troll everyone. Her reign of terror comes to an end when Akari gets the Wrath feather. Let us repeat that: Akari gets the Feather of Wrath.
• Chapter 73: Akari works at a Maid Cafe. Welcome home, dear masters!
  • It gets worse. In the volume 9 omake, she's actually gotten good at it. Much to her students' horror.
• Chapter 83: When the rumors of Asahi purposely forming a harem with all his various love interests are flying about, there's an Imagine Spot of Youko, Aizawa, Mikan, and Shiho all adoringly hanging off of him... and then there's Rin, creating a hilarious contrast by sitting rigidly between his legs with her usual intense comic expression.
• Chapter 123 is a continuous barrage of side-splitters, from Oka being surprised that Shima is not in the police car, to Shima being the only person Yuka doesn't fall in Love at First Sight with, to Shima starting to imitate Oka to seduce her, to Asahi being almost certain that Youko wouldn't be fooled by a disguised Shima, to Yuka trying to send Shima to the afterlife "just a little", all while Mikan, Shiho and Nagisa watch the scene with priceless appalled faces.
• Chapter 124: The hilarious reaction shot to Shiho learning from her granddaughter that she marries someone named Yuuta. At first, she's relieved that she didn't steal Asahi from Youko, but then Aizama reminds them of *Shimada Yuuta*
• All of chapter 132, where Akane reveals to Youko and Asahi that sucking someone's blood isn't a vampiric equivalent of a kiss. Especially the panel where she says what exactly it really is.
• Pretty much all of Chapter 152, in which Youko really really wants to suck Asahi's blood, and it's played for all of the innuendo possible. Highlights include Youko trying to unsubtly hint what she wants, Youko being jealous of a mosquito that she sees biting him, Youko deciding to act like a mosquito and Asahi mistaking it for some sort of flirting, and the "mosquito" turning out to actually be a shapeshifted Akane messing with Youko.
• Youko finally discovering the horrible truth: The new teacher is actually her father Disguised in Drag. She ends up going into a minor Heroic BSoD over it. The next chapter begins with Asahi having a nightmare where he comes to school to find his own father teaching the class while wearing a bra and panties.
  • On top of that, we find out that Principal Shirayuki called off her plans and let everybody go home after that reveal.

• A moment in the anime where Aizawa's external unit needs recharging, so "mini-Aizawa" is just walking around. And when she has to pretend to be a figurine to avoid having her secret exposed? A lot of stripping jokes.
