Funny / Future Card Buddyfight

Go To

  • "Okay, now you've just made me all hangry!"
  • Tetsuya pulling off a banana, previously thought to be his hair, from his head and offering it to Baku. Baku is not even phased by this and gladly eats it, as if this were a very normal thing.
  • The codpiece core gadget from episode 10, along with everyone's reaction to it.
    • Specifically Jacknife Dragon cracking up at the sight of it, getting scolded by Tasuku Ryuenji before he starts cracking up to.
  • Whenever Qinus Axia AKA the cuddledragon goes into one of his hugging fits, it's very obvious Drum wants no part in it but Axia pushes on anyways!
  • Drum suffering from Meat-O-Vision and imagining Gao's head as a pudding, this results in Drum trying to eat Gao, which resulted in an offscreen fistfight which left both Gao's and Drum's heads covered in bumps. Plus Drum calling Gao pudding before the fistfight.
  • Gao calling Legendary Brave, Tasuku during his second Buddyfight with Rouga. Everyone is shocked by it, including the real Tasuku. Zanya also turns out to be just as big of a Fan Boy to him as he is to the real Tasuku, going into Suspiciously Specific Denial that he must have "heard somewhere" that he is "one of the coolest Dungeon World cards ever" and that he "definitely doesn't have his poster on his wall".
  • Genma bitch-slapping Magoroku Shido while disguised as Captain Answer. Also an awesome moment since the little bastard had it coming for a long time. It's almost telling that he and his dad's all but disappeared since, as if they're too ashamed to show their faces on-screen.
  • The 37th episode of 100: "Oh My Devil!"
  • The whole 10th episode of DDD with fish puns and Gao slowly turning into a fish.
  • During the 30th Episode of DDD, Gao and Bal visit their old friend, Tetsuya and his Buddy, Asmodai. Bal wants to get muscles for their next match and asks Asmodai (his coach) to help him out. Asmodai decides to do so and gets them to do a dancing routine that somehow gives Bal, Gao, and Baku (who was roped along with Noboru for this regiment) huge bulking muscles. The really funny part is that Noboru was given a workout regiment really meant for women, and as a result, becomes a girl for a majority of the episode!
  • As we learned in X's Episode 9, card sleeves are not only for protecting your rare cards but to trap disobeying monsters. Just ask Battz.
    • Even more hilarious that Gao takes it out like he was casting an Impact card and does a evil grin like a psychopath, much to Chibi Panda's horror.
