- Kevin suggesting that Wendy take a picture of Ashley and Ashlyn, leaning forward at a carnival booth, with their thongs exposed, for the year book, quipping it would sell a lot of copies. The dirty look his girlfriend gives him really sells the moment.
- One of Ashley and Ashlyn's few moments of wit comes when they tell off their stalker.Frankie: Oh! Where you guys are right now if you raise your hands and just... Ha - cup them slightly it'll look like you're holding the devil's balls.
Ashley: And we'd wanna do that why?
Frankie: When else you ever gonna see a dick that big?
Ashlynn: I'm looking at one right now. - In the Thrill Ride Edition of the DVD, there is a special feature called "Choose Their Fate", which allows viewers to decide what the characters will do, potentially leading to certain scenes deviating from the movie. Should the viewers choose "Tails" for first choice (deciding if Kevin flip heads or tails in the coin flip), an alternate ending will play where none of the characters get on the ride. It cuts to a "Where Are They Now?" Epilogue with hilarious post film stories for each of the characters.
- After the credits start to roll, a new question will pop up asking "Wish you'd picked heads?", as if anticipating that most viewers wouldn't be satisfied with the movie ending before it even begins. Picking "Yes" will reverse the initial decision and play the scene as normal, but picking "No" will continue the credit roll and boot the viewers back to the main menu.
- The scene at Ashley and Ashlyn's funeral where Ian goes into a full on rant on how he believes the preacher's "equal in death's eyes" line is pretty much bullshit. Is also a bit of Jerkass Has a Point mixed with Pet the Dog.Ian: "Equal"? In Death's eyes? All of us, how can you say that?!
Funeral attendee: Shut up, McKinley!
Ian: Dude, think it through; Charlie Manson made it to 70. Osama? Still kicking! Pimps, vice presidents, walking around. With all the the atrocities they've committed, they're alive and well! These two girls, who've... never done shit to anybody, they don't get to make it to 18? Where's the fucking equality in that? - When Wendy and Kevin figure out that Frankie is next, they try to figure out how he'll die. When Kevin sarcastically suggests he'll probably be crushed by a giant SpongeBob, he then says "Hey, SpongeBob lives underwater!" Wendy then shoots him an incredulous look.Wendy: It's so sad that you know that.
- Say what you want about Lewis, he gets the best taunt at Death of the whole franchise.Lewis: Fuck Death! Death is a fuckin' Denver fan. Death wears blue and orange. Real men wear black.

- The first time the whole cast were shooting the roller coaster scene, the coaster actually got stuck in the middle of the lift hill due to technical difficulties. While some of the actors did get a bit nervous during this time, Texas Battle, who plays Lewis, jokingly yelled out, "SAVE THE BLACK MAN!", causing everyone to crack up laughing.
- After shooting the nail gun death scene, Alexz Johnson (who plays Erin) then has this surprisingly heartfelt moment where she explains that basically watching herself die made her really hope that she lives a long fulfilling life. Then Kris Lemche (Ian) throws in his two cents.Kris: You had this great epiphany, and then we riddled that bitch with nails. We're all pretty spiritual here on this set!
