• When the opening chase scene goes awry:
  Tego: Hold on, hold on!
  Santos: *(holding on for dear life)* No shit!
• During Dom's High-Altitude Interrogation of David Park:
  Brian: Letty was my friend too.
  Dom: You weren't anyone's friend.
  Park: Yo, could you guys talk about this later and PULL MY ASS UP?!
• After losing the street race in Los Angeles, Brian and the FBI decide to arrest one of the other drivers (Dwight Mueller) so that Brian can take their place in the smuggling operation. The arrest scene is funny enough, with Dwight being arrested while recording a video of himself licking a girl's foot. The best part is when Brian takes off his mask at the end of the scene, with his shit eating grin implying that he only chose Dwight to get payback for taunting him before and after the race.
  Dwight: Meth? Dwight's never touched that shit, bro!
  Brian: Dwight has now.
  Other Agent: You know that's never going to stick, right?
  Brian: Yeah, it's not supposed to.
  • One of the girls can be heard in the background saying off-handedly "Bye, Dwight!"
• Braga taunting Brian while he's being taken back across the U.S.-Mexico border:
  Braga: Do you know where you're going? You want to borrow my GPS?
  Brian: Where your boys at? Huh? They gonna show up or what?
  (Braga's men come swarming in from everywhere)
  Braga: Careful what you ask for!
• The tunnel chase itself has many funny scenes:
  • Some of the cars the cartel gangsters are offroading with - one is a Ford Taurus station wagon, among other decidedly non-offroad cars like Cadillacs, Lincolns, and 70s muscle cars.
  • The sheer Irony in a fiberglass Chevy Silverado-based offroad monster truck being sent tumbling over the dirt after being rammed by a Charger, of all things. And not the offroad ones, a street Charger.
  • Brian finally elbows Braga in the face after hearing enough of his shit-talking.
  • Fenix destroys a fellow henchman's car for almost shooting Braga, yet rams Brian & Braga at full speed out of the tunnels, which at a minimum would have seriously injured him (especially since neither he or Brian are strapped in).
• After Dom kills Fenix:
  Dom: Pussy.
